I played this game on my base ps4 and it worked perfectly. Id maybe uninstall and reinstall before trying anything else.

Rebuild the database of the ps4 by fully powering off, when its off press the power butten until you heare the second beep and select rebuild database.

In safe menu rebuild database, if it wont help, i would download recovery firmware of your firmware version and reinstall it. If that won't help than new hdd/ssd might. If you bought it second hand, clean and change of thermal paste would help as well.

Well it went on for another hour but then I realized I was a dumbass and it was still installing
