If you're going for camos, then you're better off whacking people with it

ID: gq60p3eIt is a crutch. The only players who don’t permanently run it are either doing some specific challenge or have not unlocked it. I am pretty sure <80% of players run it which surely, if they are keeping stats, should give them a clue

I had an amazing game to finish off my double kills with the rpg, no one was using flak jacket and I got 15 double kills in a single domination game

ID: gq61166The 3 streak trick works with the RPG too. Shoot any 2 streaks with a Cigma and the 3rd with the RPG. Counts as three as long as the third one is the RPG. Easy if you are the. only trying for sentries or RC cars. Run engineer, obviously, so you can see them.

I actually kind of like that launchers are bad against infantry since you almost always see assholes on shipment who use nothing but RPGs, but they should be removed from camo challenges.

Direct hit should be a kill. The jacket should protect you from splash damage, sure, but not direct impacts and definitely not two in a row

Plenty of people already have dark matter with the current RPG stats, not very fair to start buffing/nerfing shit.
If dark matter was easy to get, everyone would have it... which would defeat the point in the first place.

Plenty of people now got dark matter with the thumper grenade launcher when they are about to add a crossbow, making it easier. Plenty of people got dark matter before they added the mac10 and fara letting you skip the ksp and ffar.
they have already made dark matter "easier", not changing gun stats (or even releasing guns) to not make dark matter easier is completely moronic

Flak Jacket makes it so explosives can't one hit kill without a direct impact. At least that's what it's supposed to do, but it's overtuned

Dude all launchers are trash. I have clips of me hitting cigma shots near peoples feet and not even getting hitmarkers from like 5 feet away.

You didn't hit, for some reason the RPG spirals you can see this when you shoot in the air. yes the spiral is that bad that's why there's no longshots for this cause it's literally impossible. I genuinely support the rpg cause it's not a one hit or else it'd be over used

RPG was legendary in modern warfare. Uzi and RPG on shipment was the most fun I’ve ever had playing call of duty. In Cold War it sucks balls, literally had to rocket a guy 2 times, grenade him and then finish off in nuke town window.

I was playing last night, I don't run flack jacket, and someone shot me with an rpg but I didn't die. So there's definitely some buffing that could happen.

I feel bad for anyone going for launcher challenges as that’s all I have left myself. Last night I was on a good streak in a match when I made a couple dumb moves and died. At first I was a little upset until I saw I was killed by someone using the cigma as a last resort. I know his pain so I felt better knowing I at least helped him in some way. In the end there should never be a reason why it takes more than 2 explosions to kill someone wearing FJ unless both shots barely tickle their feet. This is the first cod I can remember where this is the case and bc of that I highly doubt I’ll get DM done and all I have left is the cigma, rpg and m79. I’ll still occasionally work on it but it’s so bad sometimes that it’s not even fun or a challenge bc it feels impossible when you get 3 hit markers with any explosive.

The easiest way for launcher double kills actually is to sneak behind enemies and melee them in hardcore.

The main issue is Flak Jacket is probably the most useful perk to use in Tier 1.
In earlier games it was on the Same tier as Ghost, lightweight etc which meant people had to choose between very good perks.

RPG are meant to direct hit in this game, it might be a pain in the ass for camos grinder but at least it requires some skills and actual aiming to use it.
It's way better this way imo, launcher were just plain stupid op in modern warfare

Nah, it’s definitely the RPG. Likely a mixed a both RPG isn’t good no splash damage it was overly nerfed because how good it was in MW
