During last weekend, I went to purchase the PS4+ free trial and I was greated with E-8210604A error code.
I tried all the fixes; changed my emails, changed my payment method and still no luck.
I tried again today, 4 days later. I went to add funds directly to my wallet (despite this trial being free) and after a few errors, it worked. I tried to purchase the free trial again and still - E-8210604A .
I'm so frustrated. I tried their website and even their support on twitter (they keep ignoring me). I don't know what to do.
Anyone else struggling with this?

I have a 500G ps4 and I'm trying to get more variety to my stream (and gaming life), I've seen so many 1TB drives with good and bad reviews... What should I get, where, and are there any "special steps" to install it?
I heard somewhere that there was supposed to be an update allowing use of the usb drive for extra storage. Is that a useful alternative for what I need?

Are there any possible other reasons for a white light of death to occur that isn't to do with the cable or hdmi port. Im really just not wanting to crack open my ps4 to fix a possibly broken hdmi chip

I've had my extended storage since christmasand only recently has it been messing up, I've rebuildinglt database, formatted, tried everything online and nothing working, I can't access any on my games on it as they just have a warning mark, and when they don't I go to play them and they freeze at the startup screen e.g gta: bikini girl and because its stuck on the startup screen I can't go back to the homescreen as its still registered as its starting up the game, I don't want to have to throw away something that I spent £60 on but I don't know what else to do and what triggers me the most is on every game I can't play there's an event going on that I'm missing out on

Wasn’t the crash Bandicoot n sane trilogy free for ps plus last year? When I try to download it from my library it shows me the price instead of the option to download. Why would they do this?

guys i have a problem i just got a usb mouse and keyboard and when i plug them in the ps4 (i have the first gen) only the right usb port works the left one is working fine with anything else but wont recognize the mouse or keyboard if i plug them in it i tried using usb hub with the right port but the keyboard won't work even though mouse is working fine through the hub any help? + Sometimes it works for like 10seconds and them disconnect

Anyone have trouble with microphones? The one I had stopped working even thought the system recognised that I have one connected.
Bought a brand new one writing it off as broken but it's the same issue.
I can hear sound fine but no sound is recognised when I speak.
Anyone any ideas?

I need help to figure out how to connect my ps4 controller to my desktop. I want to use it to play my steam games and remote play. When i plug it on my computer (usb) it just shows a yellow light for 3 seconds and then it turns off. Now i have heard of using DS4windows but when I download it, it says i am gonna need a subscription to use WAR and i don't want to spend money on that so any help would be greatly appreciated. I play with people in the party chat feature while playing games like Remnant. I've noticed that when I save my video clip, I can hear myself and game audio perfectly, but I can BARELY hear everyone else in the chat audio. I don't know if it's on my side or on them. I have my chat audio prioritized almost all the way over. Checked all setting. Not sure what's going on. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
ID: gqm4j51By default, the PS4 will not record party chat with video clips, because that's against the law in some countries & US states. The parties must give their consent to be recorded before the voices will be saved in clips, and they can set that in their party chat preferences.

My PS4 is slowing down my wi-fi to literally 10kB/s download
How is it possible that every time I turn my PS4 on, the download speed just drops down to basically 0?! What’s most confusing to me is that unchecking “connect to internet” doesn’t seem to make a difference at all... Only when I turn the PS4 off (or just to sleep mode) does my internet speed go back up. Is there a way to fix this? To like make it fully disconnect from internet without having to shut it down?
Just for clarity, the PS4 is connected via a LAN cable and the speed I’m talking about is on my laptop or phone or anything else which is connected to the wi-fi. The internet speed on the PS4 is great, it just slows down all other devices.
ID: gqm88imHappened to me 3 4 times before. i tried everything, changed my IP tried it with LAN didn't work, my internet would die the moment i turned my ps4 on literally won't work on any other device , it usually goes away after 2 3 weeks but one time it didn't work for like 3 months so... I don't think there's a fix for this but i hope u manage to make it work

My Ps4 has been working horrendously lately. The audio sometimes cuts out and then plays it all back at a random point, and when I put it in rest mode if fully restarts the ps4 like I just lost power. Any suggestions?

About a year ago i bought Dying Light:Enhanced Edition which comes with a few dlc’s. I recently downloaded it again but for some reason it doesn’t show the game or its dlc’s as purchased in the ps store and i can only play the base game. I tried downloading it again and restoring licenses but nothing has worked, any help would be appreciated.

my roommate bought his own ps4 after sharing mine for the last 3 month. he asked me to game share with him. I read up on it and sounds easily set up. trust is not an issue as my console is in the shared room, but will there be any downsides that I should know beforehand?

I'd posted on yesterday's thread as well, but I'm even more confused now. So, I popped the ghost of Tsushima disc in, copied the game data onto the PS4, downloaded the latest update and started playing. But then, after it's done copying the update, it starts downloading the update again, the update gets corrupted and I'm forced to quit. If I start the game up again, it works fine, it says it's running the latest version, but starts downloading version 1.20 again, the update gets corrupted, rinse and repeat. I delete the game, begin from square one, same deal again. What's going on? Could this possibly be a WiFi problem? Because I've been using incredibly spotty mobile data lately. Older games on my external hard drive have been running fine, so I'm really hoping this isn't a hard drive issue

If you want to buy something for your brother, buy him a PlayStation Wallet Top Up Voucher for the value of the product. Then have him buy it on his account once the code is redeemed onto his account.

I recently got a new dualshock 4 since my old controller was beginning to have drift issues, but upon using it, it has noticeable input delay, I tried changing my setup, using a wired mode, and even using it on my pc, but it still has the input delay and makes the controller near impossible to use. I have videos of how bad the delay is that I will post in a reply as soon as I can upload them, but any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated. thank you.

I have a ps4 slim and the controller connection is buggy. On Bluetooth it seems to work like radio waves and not Bluetooth because if something gets in the way or it isn’t pointed in the direction of it it disconnects. This also happens with usb but differently, if I put up the controller to high for example it will disconnect

Hey guys, I'm going to be offline for about 2 weeks and was just wondering if I could still get trophies in single player modes. I've just done the requirements for the Cold War Trophy stay in the yard for 15 rounds and it didnt pop. Will it sync up when I go online again or am I wasting my time doing these trophies ame should wait till I'm connected to the wifi again. Many thanks xx
ID: gqmfy1qTrophies don't need an Internet connection to work. You can earn them while offline. You just need a connection to sync your earned trophies with your PSN account

I have problem connecting my PS4 to internet via VPN.
I tried following this guide:
My laptop is connected over wifi to the router, has the hotspot on (as above) and nordvpn is on (with US selected as a country).
On my PS4 I go to network-> set up-> wifi-> easy, selelect my laptop's hotspot, enter my password-> do not use proxy-> error comes up, "cannot connect to the server (NW-31201-7).
Could you please help?

Hello, I have the original PS4 (Model:CUH-1001a) and the power cord died on me, I’ve been lookin around for a new cord but am only finding cords for the Slim or the Pro and was wondering if they were compatible? If not, could someone link me to a place where I can get one. Any and all help is welcome.

My account has been compromised and to recover it I need to do it though the live chat, already tried with the support-bot but got no solution. The thing is that when I try to go to the live chat page in the pre chat english form, it only says "how can we help". It doesn't show any options whatsoever or any place where I can submit information to contact a support assistant. I was wondering if anyone could help me here

Any standard 2.5" laptop HDD can be used as an internal. Just pop it in and download the firmware onto a USB stick and you're good to go.
For external drives, as long as it's usb3.0 and at least 250gb, it'll work just fine.
