I wish you could view your capture gallery through the phone app, I know you can do that on Xbox.. it would be soooo amazing

That would be pretty cool. They'd have to store the capture gallery in their cloud to be able to do so though, and I'm pretty sure they don't do that at the moment.

I know, I have a lot of great gaming moments from my launch PS4 that I lost when I traded it in towards my Pro because I couldn't move them anywhere. Besides putting some screenshots on a USB everything else had to be deleted. If it was viewable from the app it could all be saved in the cloud or something.

On top of that, Every time my Xbox bros show me clips from the Xbox app it's cool as hell. PS needs that feature.

Yessss even that, when I got my external hard drive I tried moving all the clips I have to that so I could put it on my computer, it didn’t work.. I can only move like small clips onto a USB stick which is slightly annoying

Do you have a PS4 Pro? My guess is your larger clips are 4GB+ and your USB drive is formatted to FAT32, which doesn't support files larger than 4GB.

However you should be able to format the USB drive to exFAT (which supports 4GB+ files). I asked about Pro, as its 1080p vs 720p on the standard model and I believe that even a 60min 720p clip is well under 4GB.
