- Instinction Dev: DualSense Utilization Will Let Players Recognize Weapons Even With Eyes Closed
-
Wow. I was under the impression that the dualsens features were not going to be used in that many 3rd party games. This is great.
ID: grat5knID: grawjr1Pretty much every PS5 games uses them. Some better than others but they all do. You’ll be hard pressed to find a game with a native PS5 version that doesn’t like Destiny 2 which I think is supposed to get em eventually, they just added support for the activity cards.
ID: grb1ppiD2 does have haptic feedback but because of the amount of things in that game they just use the sound wave and turn it into the vibrations like Sony said devs could do fairly quick and easy.
ID: grb4hvhyou should probably wait one year and see what happens

What’s this game?
ID: granu7gA co-op survival game inspired by Dino-crisis (not trying to copy it, just inspired)
They haven't officially revealed a trailer, just a short teaser:
ID: graoe7qOhh that could be fun!

But I'm not gonna be playing it with my eyes closed...
ID: grau5ibI’m not even going to play it with the DualSense turned on...
ID: grau7t0There's that too.
ID: grayo5pBlind people might be able to play it

Ok? There are several games that already have similar things like this.
-
Wow that sounds cool
-
Outriders vibrates differently when swapping weapons already which is cool
-
What an odd flex. Because weapon sounds aren't enough to already make them distinguishable? There's this thing called sight too.

There are many games that use it now, with more coming ..

I would expect even more developers to start using it as more PS5 gets in players hands. This isn't like Kinect or PSVR. Every PS5 owner has a DualSense controller.
