Is your card faulty?The only reviews I've seen of the hellhound had it drawing the least power and being fairly quiet.

Your curve is trash dude never set it to 100 lol no point going over %70 i always use adrenaline and never needed to go over %60 fan speed.

Did something similiar with my r5 1600x but my problem is that the bios shows the temperatures with the 20c offset so my highest setting is 95c at 40% speed (which is actually 75c).

luckily it's rarely that high.

standard settings are way to loud because they didn't factor in the offset.

I had a asus 5700xt rog strix

0% fan until 50degrees

30% until 65 degrees

then straight line to 50% for 75 degrees and anything above that.

Even 50% too loud for me with that one.

if the noise bothers you, lower the fan curve (even more)

Then the gpu will just throttle in high temps, but that's imo better than the noise.

That's why I sold my 5700xt for a gtx 1070 haha (with a huge profit of course).

Even at 100% usage, the 1070 doesn't get hot enough

Why are the Adrenalin driver controls "trash"? You can do the same thing with them that you've done with your Afterburner installation. Does your driver support "fan stop"?--I believe you can set that so that your fans don't even come until you hit 60C, etc.

I have a Sapphire 6700 XT Nitro and the fan noise is so incredibly low.
