Deluxe edition content from Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3 such as soundtracks, art books, and comic books are not included in the Legendary Edition as per the article above.That is why EA is giving it out for free on their site.

PS5 is backwards compatible with PS4, but the Mass Effect trilogy came out on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC (with the 3rd game also receiving a Wii U port).
