Is this the first PS4/PS5 game to officially support ultra-wide monitors? Also, wouldn’t something like this require support on the system software level? Currently PS5 just stretches the image if you plug it into an ultra-wide monitor

Maybe they're applying some sort of anamorphic adjustment to the game itself to make it work? Otherwise yeah, I'd imagine it would need a system update to function.

Bought Death Stranding a while back and was about to play it when the rumors for this version started coming out.
Glad I held out, 10 bucks for the PS5 upgrade sounds more than fair.

I'm so excited for the Dualsense features in this game.

ID: h4jx90mI started playing Death Stranding on the ps4 pro, I stopped the second I heard about the Ps5 and the dualsense features, I couldn't help but feel like this game was meant for these features at the time and boy am I glad I held out till now.

In the UK the "Director's Cut Digital Deluxe Edition" for PS5 is £49.99 which is cheaper than the standard PS4 version (£54.99). How do the PS4/PS5 prices compare in other countries?
Edit: nvm PS4 version just dropped in price so it's cheaper than PS5 now.

ID: h4ixgqkSucker Punch did a 60 FPS patch and multiplayer for free. Also we dont know how big the DLC for GoT will be. I think there is a good chance that it'll have more meat than DS

ID: h4izpyzThis is still a better deal. The 10usd on GOT DC tied to a 20usd dlc its just greedy and stupid.
This will probably have less content, but it's 10usd for the upgrade and deluxe edition. On GOT its an adicional 30usd for the upgrade.
