Could someone clear this up for me? Could a pc user use their account on ps5 now? Or can PlayStation users only use their account on pc?
ID: h515p4vID: h516189Unfortunately it also goes both ways. E.G if you have been playing on the PS4/5, and your account is tied to your email then you will not be able to create and link a PC/mobile account to the PlayStation one.

I quit playing this game because it's just repeating the same things everyday, hopefully this doesn't become the standard on freegames.

Some day I just go to a great viewing spot and sit there. Or not play the game at all. Yeah I won't be getting stronger but doing daily is just a drag. I can just drop the game completely but there still aspects of it I really like
ID: h51qvnkAs a F2P player, I will say it scratched my personal BoTW itch for about 35-40 hours! Which I think is a pretty hefty playtime considering it was free for me and I didn't spend any additional money on Wishes or whatnot.
What kind of content/updates do you think would bring you back into the game?
ID: h51v6dnCurrently? Nothing really. Back then I want an option yo just buy the characters for $9.99 each then 4.99 for for the upgrade option but that might be "unfair" to some players. I just don't want daily routines in my games. I'll take BoTW than this game. 🙂
ID: h524mv0It's not just free games, any live-service game, which dates back to MMOs from the early 2000s (which were very much not-free), is largely based on repetition of tasks from the mundane to raids between content drops.
ID: h51faf6Yup, it became the daily chores and the ‘events’ were sometimes great and sometimes awful. I will check it out when the new region comes out in a few weeks, but never going to play like I did before

Two things I’m curious about, just in general, is why they haven’t released it on the AppleTV, and how terribad it’s going to be on the Switch (which is a lot slower than an AppleTV).
PS5 I assume handles it well, which makes me wonder why it isn’t on XBox.
The micro transactions makes me uninterested to “play” myself. Not fond of being the product they are trying to game to get money out of.
ID: h52pnvtMy wife has been playing this game pretty hard for two months. She is approaching end game levels and I can tell this is when spending money to save time become more appealing. The game does really push you to buy stuff and for the majority of the game you really don’t need to. For what the game is, it’s good

From my understanding (started playing recently) later this month the 2.0 update will allow for crossplay with PS4/PS5?
To my understanding though, sony made it needlessly limited. If you already signed into Genshin Impact on your PS4/PS5 (as in, if you even started playing once) you're not able to sign out and sign in using an account you use on pc/mobile. Someone please correct me if im wrong.
I really hope sony gets their crap together on this whole crossplay/cross-save stuff, I never thought I'd see the day where Sony was the one hindering online experiences with other players.
