ID: h8xjvh8I have wraith with a 2700x and reference 5700. Is the wraith what makes it super loud?
ID: h8xkfrhThe Wraith Prism (and MAX since they are very similar) can get loud when cooling a CPU with a 105W TDP like the 2700X.
Of course what you consider too loud is subjective and it depends how far away you are from the PC when its running.
With that being said a blower card is likely to generate far more noise the Wraith Prism.

i have that case sitting in my garage, got it for free with a motherboard because the previous owner used psu screws to install the motherboard and then couldnt get it back out so he just brought the whole thing to sell me the motherboard lol

I'm running that same combo (still building up my signature rig). It's been pretty decent though it gets a bit bogged down during some heavy loads.

Using that excact case with my main PC! I have previously had thoughts if upgrading, but changed my mind, as why should i?
It has loads of space, quiet fans, dedicated fan controller, and it sits on the floor under a desk, so looks dobt matter that much
