The idea that they've changed her face based on those ridiculous complaints reminds me of when a game has a day/night cycle and people start arguing that a game has been downgraded based on seeing it at a different time of day. This is just her with no expression on her face, so you aren't seeing anything like the demo that people complained about, and specifically the shot that's an extreme closeup of her face while she's speaking from the perspective of the injured man.
