The walk way leading to the cathedral is not only one of the most scenically beautiful places in the franchise but is also one of my top 3 Resident Evil soundtracks of all time.

Its so gorgeously ominous that I play it on long drives home late at night.

Very well said, I agree with you so much. It is such a stunning change of scenery! I still remember how amazed I was after being greeted by such a beautiful outdoors area. I love the chapel ambience and it's track, I listen to it on loop very often. It is sinister yet also very soothing. I always walk and never run when I reach that part of the game, just to make it more cinematic. The whole scene is really well done, the bats flying about in the distance and the imposing feel of the camera angle as you slowly approach the church... It is just so good. Gorgeously ominous is how I would describe RE0.

I always thought the same thing. There are plenty of typewriters in the game but only 3 actual save rooms. One on the train, one in the church, and one in the treatment plant. It’s a shame because it’s my favorite save room music.

The training facility, the largest area in the game, doesn't even get one. It should have been in the basement; the reason they didn't do that is because they threw an eliminator in there so it couldn't be a true safe room.
