What do people mean about the teeth looking laughable?

In my personal opinion the licker redesign for RE2 remake is the best licker design. It manage to be somewhat different while also respecting its source material. Why are your thoughts on it?
ID: hgiz2b7The teeth look silly on the actual model, but you don't really notice when you're too busy running away like a maniac, pissing yourself because it just heard you.

I do like it I don’t think it looks too different more like an updated design they do make them really scary for the remake

The original game had graphics that kind of start to look like lego after you've had 5 glasses of wine, leaves it very open to make creative liberties in redesigns.
Maybe I need to refresh myself on what the RE5 lickers looked like but I don't recall much difference.

I don't mind either way though. I mean really they don't stay still long enough in the game for you to really study their character models.

I like the RE2R design but it's a shame the enhancer lickers weren't included in this version.

I really liked the partially mutated licker concept art, I know they weren't canon to the original game but I'd of loved to of seen them.

I love it. I love all the monster designs in 2R and 3R. I think they did a fantastic job with all of them. The only thing I don't really like here are the teeth. I like the licker having human teeth. This here reminds me too much of Venom/Carnage.

really great design, like almost all others in REMAKE2, because they look like actual bioweapons instead of generic monsters.

Hardest moment of the game would be Mr.X chasing you to the floor with a licker where you have to be silent.

They mean the licker looks just like a science teacher I had once. Upside down triangle shaped face with a tiny ass mouth way too small for the head size and ugly teeth
