I remember at a GDQ, the Battleblock theatre dev were there to comment on top of the speedrun and one of the runner asked why one prisonner was named "ruggedly handsome man from my dreams" and dev was like... "IDK we had to name 200+ so we got a giant google doc and that name stuck"
There's no real reason other than "why not?". If a dev wanna add funny thing, there's gonna be funny hidden thing.
