UPDATE: Turns out I walked too far and the story progressed (Boxing Day etc). Now that whole area is locked off. I can't back track. Hoping it was just ammo I missed...

Be careful opening those if you are spotted that will spawn an enemy called the "police" which are very difficult to fight.

They are so anoying. Their move set is 100% rng, can potentially one shot you, and are incredibly difficult to dodge. They literally make the game unpleyable.

RE games taught me that cutting chains with a boltcutter would be super easy, barely an inconvenience, and then I recently found out that in real life it really isn't easy at all lol.
