I was watching daz games resident village content and I want to know why Chris keep referring to Eathan as a civilian because (I’ve wanted to play but couldn’t) I’ve seen each game Eathan is in and I don’t think he’s just a civilian after the shit he’s been through

Ethan isn't a cop or has a job in any kind of law enforcement/ protection agency. He's only a regular guy who finds himself in the worst situations.

He's a civilian because he's not a soldie

In comparison, I know one Martial art (folk style) and training in another, and have taken many firearms courses so I can protect my family anywhere we are, actually making more trained than most US law enforcement, but I am still just a civilian because I don't hold any agency in anything government authorized or government adjacent.ID: hw5pcxrBut isn’t he a big person of importance
ID: hw5qdr4How do you mean? Only Mia knew of his affliction untill the end of re8, and other than that he was watched by Chris because Mother Miranda took an interest in Rose. Removing these two situations Best Dad is just a regular Joe tossed into successive unfortunate events. But I can see how from the players point of view that he deserves more credit, and I would agree with that.

ID: hw5q2knAlthough Ethan has been through a lot, for the eyes of Chris he was just a civilian until he discovered what makes him "special", and apart from that Chris is acting properly, fighting against Miranda was difficult enough so the less thing he needed is to see Ethan been put in danger and let him take that danger.

I agree, he honestly isnt just a normal civilian, he’s been through so much, from the baker house, getting his literal limbs cut off, and turning into mold, to having to fight supernatural “lords”!! Man has been through so much and I have sm respect for him
