They're also on sale on the US eShop, Amazon, Gamestop, Target and possibly other retailers.
ID: gq3ycz9ID: gq47xc3Retail codes at discount offer full 300 Nintendo rewards coins vs 195 in eShop. In all cases official resellers are better than eShop in terms of value.
Combine price match with eShop with card promos for an extra 5% of with Red Card or Prime Card.
ID: gq4bqkbWalmart has odyssey for 38 atm and the only one that has it on sale I've found.
ID: gq69a9sAwesoeme. I was interested in Luigi's Mansion but I don't really want to support Humble.

Is the best discount we should expect for Nintendo games?
I'm intrigued by LM3 but never played any of the others in the series.
ID: gq3o2tvProbably. Can’t remember that last time I saw 1st party Nintendo games this much off
ID: gq3rznzsometimes you'll see a deeper discount to like $30 but it's rare and often sells out. This is about the best you can expect without it being a hassle
The other option is that Nintendo does "Nintendo selects" for like $20 MSRP towards the end of the generation. The thing is no one knows if or when they will have them, so its up to you if the extra $20 is worth the gamble
ID: gq3uhhzLuigi's Mansion 3 is beautiful and charming. Buy it and prepare to fall in love.
ID: gq3wqphI believe I've seen 1st party nintendo games for $30 during black Friday. But only a few select ones, at limited stock too.
ID: gq41qorProbably pretty good for direct from Nintendo can sometimes see them cheaper second hand.
That said I paid fill price for luigi's mansion and it is well worth it. And I would say you don't have to have played any of the previous series. One of the things the LM series has always done well.
ID: gq453uwLuigi’s Mansion 3 is a great time. And the story can be played in couch co-op!
ID: gq3yiebLM3 is a great game, and I'd highly recommend it. Casual in the best possible way, and insanely difficult to put down.
Don't worry about not having played others, it's like not having played SM64 before playing Odyssey.
ID: gq4acqhThey'll be cheaper Black Friday week, but that's a long time from now.
ID: gq4j1xoUsually 35% off is the most Nintendo is willing to shave off for its "Holy grail" series like Mario.
ID: gq4q8uhCheck Deku Deals to see historic data on sales
ID: gq4yot7If you want a digital version, the price doesn't get much lower than this for Nintendo's big-name franchises. But check around for good prices on used physical copies too.
ID: gq6zvuyRent it. I beat the game in two sittings. Long sittings, but all the same, two sittings across 1.5 days.

I think this is just for the US.
ID: gq3k0gwAlso works for Canada, with prices in CAD.
ID: gq3wzh1North America only. As other regions has different distributors and can not sell digital codes.
ID: gq3whyaI don't think Mario Day is celebrated outside the US because over there it's 10 MAR.
-
Of course no Mario kart....
-
Super Mario party is not great I heard. Anyone have any experience with it?
ID: gq3wwohThe minigames are pretty fun as usual, but the boards are really bland and small. I would pay around $30 for it.
ID: gq3vanhI was really disappointed with it. Played it once and have gone back to the N64/GC versions
ID: gq3vzc7Fun mini games (my fave in the series), but boring boards
ID: gq3wlvzIt's well made and the mini games are fun. There are only 4 boards though. there is a new play mode that lets you move in different directions like a grid kind of, so it's almost like having 8 boards since there's 2 ways to play each.
Even still it feels like we only got half a game compared to the old Mario Party games. We have every MP game and love them, and I believe this is only better than 9 and 10, but that's it.
ID: gq43bksSuper disappointing. The turns take a million years to complete so everyone just gets bored waiting for theirs. Everything feels much less competitive as well - we've only had one game actually come down to the bonus stars at the end. That said the minigames are fun and some of the other game show modes are fun as well. More palatable at this price but not worth your money at $60 imo.
ID: gq43i9zIt's just light on content but the content that is there is good. at most the courses are a bit meh
ID: gq4ga1oWorst purchase I’ve made in a long time.
ID: gq3vlbbPeople online seem angry about it, and it's definitely light on content, but I've definitely got $60 out of it. It has a load of modes, the minigames are fun, and although the map selection is limited I found them all pretty enjoyable.
It's the only Mario Party I've played, but it's always been popular with friends and family whenever we've played and I don't regret the purchase. It's obviously only good if you have people to play with offline!
-
To be honest, I'd rather get the physical copies of these since digital prices are the same.
Resale value for all (good) Mario games in a few years is crazyID: gq4f8zeI agree. Especially when the game prices doesn't seem to ever drop on Nintendo, so even if you own a game for years you can still sell it for 75% of what you bought it.
-
switch games on humble are not showing for me
edit: tried with a proxy it's NA only
-
Just a heads up on Mario Tennis Aces:
it DOES NOT have a doubles tournament mode like the older Mario Tennis games. The game series that created Waluigi just so Wario could have a doubles partner doesn't have doubles tournament mode.
-
Well shoot.... just purchased Mario Maker 2.
-
Mario Maker requires nintendobox live gold plus to download levels, not just upload them.
-
Dang, i was really hoping the Origami king was going to be on sale.
ID: gq6uzjbSame! I think they held off because the game hasn’t even been out for a whole year yet.
-
If you VPN and buy in the US, would it be redeemable on another region's eShop store?
Edit: Thanks for your answers!
ID: gq3y8xuNo, though you can make an American Nintendo account that would let you buy it from the American eshop and play it from there
ID: gq3xg45No, you'd be given keys that only work in either the US or Canada
-
I'm done buying digital nintendo games until they have a way for me to share my digital library with my future kids. So I've been going physical from now on.
ID: gq3kbhqIt works the same way as it does for Playstation. You have to make their switch your primary and then you have to be logged into your account on your switch and can still play. Your switch has to have an internet connection so it can verify the license.
I do this on ours. My kids can play my digital games without issue, at the same time I am playing.
You can only do this with one other switch though, so if there are more than two in the house then you will need to figure something else out.
ID: gq5a9hrLooks like you can get the physical edition from Gamestop for the same price.
ID: gq4q934I'm only going digital because I'm fairly confident my nephew's mom's boyfriend's son is a fucking douche who would steal the physical copies from my nephew.
-
Wow mario maker 2 Ooo.. Been wanting but prefer physical If I could.
ID: gq3f74mAmazon has it at the same price for physical.
-
Yeah not showing in sweden
ID: gq3j5vlThese are also available in the U.S eShop for the same price.
-
If you are Canadian: Shoppers has Mario Maker 2, Super Mario Party and Luigi's Mansion 3 on for $52.99 each - and they also have 20x points for an $80 purchase this weekend but it ends today (Sunday).
The two stack, so hypothetically if you bought two games:
$106 + tax for purchase 15 points/$ x 106 x 20 (event) = 31800 points ($31.80)That makes it ~$75 + the tax for two games which is not too shabby. Of course you can also just buy one game and at least $27 worth of stuff with it for the 20x points deal.
As for the games, I would wholly recommend Mario Maker 2, it's a fantastic game. I just picked up Luigi's Mansion 3 with this deal myself.

Is tennis worth it? I’ve heard people saying the content is a bit on the bare side? I absolutely loved the 64 edition
ID: gq3wrp8If you live with competitive gamers its the best way to settle disputes. If I didn't own this game already id scoop it up at this price in a heartbeat. Then again Nintendo sports games are my weakness.
ID: gq3vk3rI'm UK so I can't see the prices but I found it pretty meh. I got a free 2 weeks of it and was bored pretty quick
ID: gq5h7rwFrom what I heard the switch version is awful. I also loved the old version.
-
Humble bundle? Is it just game codes?
-
3 year old games and they can only give 35% off? Yeah fuck that anti consumer shit
-
I thought nintendo finally did another bundle with humble... should have known better.
-
Great deals, I would’ve bought one but I already own all the games
-

ID: gq39utrI think this is on nintendo more then on humble.
ID: gq3h74dNintendo of America sets the deals not Humble-Humble are just one of the few authorized resellers of Nintendo eshop codes. For whatever reason, Humble doesn’t have a similar deal with Nintendo of Europe.
ID: gq38fu6They probably have more sale in the US so they focus on getting deals where they can sell the most.
