ID: gq34sn8After regaining his body, I could see Voldemort putting the Minions in charge of disciplining some of his underlings and leaving all of the Death Eaters in charge of them so that he never has to deal with them.
If this is while he is still Tom at school, he just orders them to keep doing impossible tasks (since he seems more patient when he's younger). At some point they either finish and go back repeatedly, or they find a new boss (maybe Grindelwald).

Let's say they started working for him after Goblet of Fire, when most Death Eaters came back. (I don't see them working for Wormtail) So the book is out of play.
Further up I saw someone post that one drank the potion and swallowed the necklace. So let's put a pin on that for now. Perhaps the same minion who swallowed the necklace found the diadem and started wearing it like a hat. 3 I don't know if they would try to steal the ring from Dumbledore so let's say he destroyed it. The minion that is wearing the diadem and has the locket in it's stomach has a duel with another minion and the other minion uses fiendfyre on the 2 horcrux minion incinerating it to just it's goggles. A team of minions knowing just the cup and nagani are the only ones remaining honestly get the cup get lost in Gringots and get deeper into the vaults where they find a portal to Middle Earth right over the lava of Mount Doom. Meanwhile while preparing Nagani's dinner they accidentally spill some basilisk venom into a meat slurry. 7, That leaves Harry, let's say there is a second faction of minions serving Umbridge, when Harry gets his detention two of the Umbridge minions (I see them wearing pink overalls) I see them dueling about him burns up the entire office with fiendfyre.ID: gq6gjgzI wonder if I am getting so many upvotes for having pink wearing minions also serving Umbridge

Honestly, if not for the horcruxes, probably a few seconds.
If he has the horcruxes, he'll probably last a day or two before they find the horcruxes and somehow accidentally destroy them, but not before swapping his wand for a banana.

Knowing the minions, the first few weeks, they somehow jar jar binks their way into destroying all the horcruxes, and somehow kill voldemort.

Unlike say Thanos, who is a jerk to all creeds and races (although he is misogynistic and takes time out of his schedule to treat women like crap, he is not racist about his shit), Voldemort is a pretty huge wizard superiorist racist.
He would not tolerate minions around and even if he'd have trouble killing or removing them, he would never treat them with the nonchalance necessary for them to bring his horcruxes together for a birthday party and then somehow kill him.

In order to kill him, it would take a lot of Horcrux trickery and probably a lot of time, but something I can easily see happening is one of them takes the Elder Wand from him while he's sleeping out of pure curiosity. The rules of the wand are so loose that this would make the Minion the wand's master, and he would accidentally do something colossally stupid with it that, while it may not kill Voldemort, could throw him back into the weakened state he was in at the beginning of the series.

Voldemort wont die
He will literally murder them if they fuck up, unlike some 'villains'. He will experiment on them, use them as fuel for his magic and terrorise them
They defer pretty simply to actual terror
Also, voldemort can read weakness pretty quickly in people. Hes a manipulator. Hes calculating. He will find the clever minions and terrorise or charm them into submission or obedience
So, the ones that do inept shit will be dead. The ones that remain will be scared into obeying exactly. Certain minions will advance and develop their evil behaviours
The minions essentially range from being wormtail to being Bellatrix. There aint no minion Snape
That being said, voldemort will still only fight harry if harry has a wand, and so is never destined to win against him

You can't terrorize or charm them into submission. Minions don't "advance and develop their evil behaviors"
Real talk it would have been the minions who convinced voldy that he needed to destroy HP right now and couldn't wait for Harry to just die of old age. You'd think the genius most powerful wizard ever who is obsessed with immortality would have just waited for Harry to just not be alive anymore before taking over the world. What's another few decades against eternity?
