To be fair, I'm going to go completely powerless. Giving some of these guys the same powers from their respective series would honestly make the Power Ranger powers completely useless in comparison.
Red ranger: I'm going to go with beginning of series Izuku Midoriya (My Hero Academia). I imagine it'd play out pretty similarly to HeroAca where he trains like crazy after getting a gift like the morpher. He's smart as hell, quick thinking on his feet, and easy to get along with so don't imagine he'd have trouble cooperating with others.
Pink Ranger: Sakura Kinomoto (Cardcaptors) would be a great for the same reasons. She had no problems at all adapting to the different powers the Clow Cards gave her and she actually uses everything tactically depending on the situation.
Blue Ranger: Sokka (Avatar the Last Airbender) would be even better at coming up with strategic plans on a wide scale battle, plus he's used to working in teams already.
Yellow Ranger: Mulan (Mulan) is an easy pick who would work even better in a setting where she didn't have to hide who she was.
Green Ranger: Kick-Ass (Kick-Ass). Dude is used to getting the shit beat out of him, but he had strong morals and didn't shy away from a fight in the end. He'd certainly welcome the help from others.

If we're going with any teenagers, just go with the strongest shonen teens.
I'm going to play hard mode and go with no inherent super powers.
Kyon from Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya would do a good job as the brains of the team. He has had to deal with a variety of super natural situations that he has very little familiarity with while also being under pressure.

I dunno we going full powerhouses and have people like Franklin richards (Pre power loss) for Warping, Damien Waynes a good addition for strats and skill, teen Gohan for Physicals, Raven for some magic type use in case and a tech person, someone Valeria richards maybe

I'm gonna choose teens who would work well together and have the least dysfunctionality.
Red-Robin-Teen Titans(2003)- Tries to pull everyone together. Guy already has much experience leading a team of super powered adolescents. Can be a little harsh, but tries his best to be understanding.
Green-Midoriya-MHA-The heart of the team. Tries to get along with everyone and bring them back together when they're at their worst.
Black-Sokka-ALTA: Wildcard of the team. Very good with unconventional weapons and a very creative strategist alongside Robin.
Blue-Toph-ALTA: The foundation of the team. Tries to push everyone as much as possible, for better and for worse. Works well with Sokka, looks down on Midoriya somewhat, and clashes with Robin from time to time.
Yellow-Starfire-Teen Titans(2003)-The energy of the team. Gets along fairly well with Toph, bring the most willing to try out new experiences, and even better with Robin. She's also on good terms with Midoriya and Sokka, finding the former kind and the latter funny.

I think a spartan II team from halo would do really well. They underwent their enhancements at age 14, the ones that survive were then stronger and better fighters than ODSTs. On top of their enhancements they have great teamwork from years of training together.

I'm just going to put that bratty piece of shit Damian Wayne, or Cassandra Cain, but I'd pick Damian cos he is more well rounded in other non-combat areas, where Cass is just fighting

Late series Animorphs, at that point they're well used to being a team and have a great sense of tactics and teamwork. They're also completely ruthless and are willing to do whatever it takes to defeat the enemy. Their morphing powers will come in handy in espionage that the Power Rangers don't usually have.

Kamina: Same as Simon, Team Motivator (Blue ranger)
Joskue Higashikata, the ultimate healer (Pink like Crazy diamond)
Deku: great speed and strength, also pretty smart (Green ranger)
Sora: versatility with magic and combat skills, and has and can work well with people (Yellow)
With Simon and Kamina mech battles are easy
Sora and Deku can deal with the ground battles,
Joskue on a mix of healing and combat
If there’s a sixes I’ll choose the link (skyward sword) very experienced in combat against evil. (White) can’t be green with Deku here.

Red - Gotta be honest, I'm surprised no one picked out Percy Jackson for this role, first person I thought of and I reckon he fits as the leader perfectly, level headed and has led multiple mass scale wars aswell as being regarded as the greatest hero of that era, on par with the original Jason and Hercules. Even without powers his battlefield awareness and swordsman ship puts him at the top of my list, and with powers, well I'd say he is more than enough to combat anything the power rangers villains have to offer, earthquake generation, while not really used often, insane levels of hydrokinesis, even shown to be usable on liquids other than water e.g. poison aswell as all the added benefits of being a demigod.
Pink - Nao Tomori from Charlotte, while relatively weak and a bit aggressive, I feel like she consistently acted as a stabilizing factor for the team she ran, focusing on keeping their relations stable rather than well thought out planning for their "missions" which would fill a gap imo.
Blue - Shirou Emiya, great combatant aswell as a walking armoury. Pretty good strategist from what I've seen in the series aswell as a likeable enough guy without being too headstrong as to clash heads for leadership.
Yellow - Cassandra Cain, probably the least social but in terms of hand to hand combat easily the best around, able to compete with batman on equal footing, presumably, and comes with all the generic Bat Family teachings making her invaluable in terms of observational and recon work.
Green - Kamijou Touma from A Certain Magical Index. Probably not that insane of a fighter but hes been shown to be able to take a hit consistently and it has been stated by Accelerator that due to him having been in so many fights Touma has some sort of combat precognition. In terms of actual fighting abilities hes probably just a top tier brawler due to no formal training but should be able to hold his own just fine even if Imagine Breaker didnt work and end fights in an instant.
