We're another step closer since we got a Captain Falcon from The Falcon and The Winter Soldier.

Cinematic Universes require a tremendous amount of investment; the MCU made sense because comicbook film adaptations had such a solid history. They drew reliable crowds with Superman back in the 1978 right up to the first MCU film (Iron Man, 2008) - 30 years of consistent profits before the MCU even launched! - and have proven that they’re here to stay. Video game film adaptations have a scattered, inconsistent, shaky history at best.
They’re getting better though! And the video game market is only going to grow. So, who knows… One can dream. -

Dragalia Lost anime by Cygames Pictures is my pipe dream. An anime adaptation of the first 2 Famicom Detective Club games and Buddy Mission Bond would be cool as well.
