ID: gz0qyp3I think all it takes is an inspiration and a proof of concept that it's reproducible and then how many hours it takes to master it. I think anyone with a significant amount of time in any game is bound to find the edges of it, where the funny bits and bugs are.
What really throws me for a loop is how quickly people find quirks and then find a way to weaponize it to something useful or at least funny.

ID: gz1lgjlI have have always been on the lower average side of gaming ability. My friend is in the top percentile of anything he tries to do, I let me play a game of lvl 50 MLG mode Halo 3 back in the day on his account. Seeing people only hit headshots was amazing, it was impossible to play.

Amazingly, all these places you're not supposed to be able to get to have physics enabled. Also, I've seen a few easter eggs like signs saying "How in the world did you get up here?" and others with OP weapons sitting about.
ID: gz1b1xkPhysics are a global thing in game, not local and you have to go out of your way to turn off physics in specific areas so it's just left on "everywhere"
ID: gz1ofavI assume they meant collision instead of physics. It's pretty common for 'out of bounds' areas to have spotty or no collision.
