Man the RE2 Remake was fantastic, its a damn shame I waited so long to play it

Same. Played it just this year and was hooked. I’m not a adamant horror fan but after playing this game I’ve been on a spree. It really is a perfect balance of subtle horror, resource management, and atmosphere.
ID: h0a0pspID: h0chiyqMy single real criticism of it is that it needed an extra difficulty mode. Hardcore is too manageable.
A desire for more complete B scenarios is also strong...

I’ve been playing resident evil since the original came out when I was 8. This has been by FAR my favorite. I still am replaying it years later and always having fun
ID: h0bohshIf you're still replaying it, grab a PC version for cheap (if you don't already have it) and play with Benn Powell's randomizer mod. Breathes new life into the game.

One of my favorite games of all time. I love the atmosphere and gameplay so much that I can't bring myself to speedrun through it.

It was my first RE game and I bought 7 and everything that's come out since. I'm hooked on the series.

2nd play through is fun too

I absolutely adore RE2 Remake. The original was my favorite game growing up, and seeing it reimagined from the ground up was an incredible experience. It's old and new at the same time. Definitely one of the top RE games.

Never too late to enjoy a good singleplayer game!
I got it on release and now after playing RE8, I've went back to try hardcore.
Such a quality game.

yeah me too. I honestly put off playing the entire Resident Evil series until i played 8 last month -_- i then purchased the rest of the series and have played through most of them so far 🙂 RE2 remake is a standout to me thus far

It truly does have everything. 7 had excellent horror and 3 had action, but this game had it all in perfect doses.
