Why everybody on this subred seems to keep guns on the left side and health items on right side? I always put them the other way around

You want to have the things you'll use more right in front of you, not the things you won't use as frequently
All this in order to save time and to have an easier access to the most important things
ID: h1rse6nI don’t know I just like it that way. I keep guns on the top left and health on the top right. I also keep ammo on the bottom right and the bottom left tends to be empty.
Oh yeah I also keep grenades and shit on the bottom right.

Jeez I don't think I ever had that much ammunition in my playthrough.

Oh wow. I had some ammo but not nearly that much lol
You can easily get up to over 700 handgun bullets by the island if you abuse capacity refills and stun/kick/knife combos. I don't have room for that usually because I like carrying the mine thrower, so I end up selling tons of ammo every playthrough.
I was getting kinda nervous on island in my run. Lol I had burned through my somewhat decent stockpile of ammo and I was wondering if I'd have enough to finish out. But I fortunately found more to get through.
I remember organizing my inventory when playing RE8 because it being messy bothered me lmao.
On my entire playthrough I never knew how to reorganize my inventory so I sold so many weapons to have one gun
The lack of ammo in the striker offends me

Prob cuz the starter pistol is on the left side and you kinda build from there
