I picture the scene in the emergency room. Doctors saying "we're losing him!" but with your last dying breath you pull this out and give it to the doc and say "it's all good". Then everyone sighs with relief.

My grandpa used to carry a silver dollar in his pocket. They would wear out so that you couldn't even see words anymore. He went through two in my lifetime.
