On my first play through of DS3 and this boss was astoundingly easy. Aesthetically badass, though.

ID: h8jxuabChalices is one of the best death rooms in Murder Party 2.
The Psychology of whether or not to put the poison in the obvious Skull cup, or the one that looks like the Last Crusade Holy Grail is always a toss-up. And the fact that you can't discuss where you want to put your poison without revealing where the poison is to the chooser. This could mean the odds can swing from 1:4 to 3:4 (or higher? we only ever play 4 players). In other games, like Swords, or Pegs you can discuss strategies for where you want to place death zones or the best places to stick the swords. Not in chalices.
Then picking the cup and trying to figure out how your friends are trying to screw you.

It's pretty easy boss anyway, can just break his bracelets with the cup and poof, done. How he gonna wield sword made out of his soul is certainly a question
