- I'm a Claw Man. What about you guys?
-
Palm with an ergonomic mouse.
Just tried claw and I feel like I'd get arthritis within a week.
ID: h928lojID: h92c1jkYeah it turns out more like a cobra mouth open and ready to strike.
ID: h92tfqbSame. Something about using a standard mouse gives me wrist pain, so I bought an ergonomic vertical mouse. Honestly, it’s a game changer.

Fingertip, mice are too small
ID: h91ylg9Same, I got alien fingers
ID: h927zf5I have finally found one of my kind!
ID: h925856I have the same issue
ID: h928ia3Yep, and big mice too heavy
ID: h92fyylI like them small and light. But I'm probably a rare type who prefers the fingertip option, and doesn't do it because he hasn't got another option.
-
Claw grip looks so uncomfortable
ID: h92ygpii assure you it is just a thing we get used to, like [if you have this habit] shaking the leg when sitting
ID: h92zbe0I was shaking my leg while reading this lol, and I also use the claw grip.
ID: h938wbhshould see claw grip on a controller. no idea how people can actually play like that
-
It depends. Palm grip while gaming, fingertip while browsing on the internet
ID: h925eusMine is the opposite lol.
ID: h93705fI'm with you. Resting the palm on the the mouse weighs it down and it's harder to move quickly. On the other hand, I'm lazy so resting it on the mouse is more comfy.
ID: h92dei4Claw grip when reading controversial opinions on reddit 🙂

Pamela anderson
ID: h91yfuwHaha I forgot what that meant
-
Planted fingertip? The heel of my hand rests on the table and I just move my fingers. Efficiency is king.
ID: h92koxqI play really high DPI because of this and it's a problem for FPS accuracy. If I cared to get much better I would have to change.
-
None of the above, for I use my feet
ID: h928eyyDo you also type with your feet, or does this allow you to both mouse and type simultaneously?
ID: h92gipqYes
ID: h92g6r1Monke
-
Fingertip
ID: h92g8fkBecause of the size of the mice (type 1), or because you like it (type two). I'm fingertip type two
-
Claw grips asking for carpal tunnel. Get a mouse that fits your hand/grip or you'll regret it later in life.
-
Palm
-
I’m a claw grip.. but would like to be a palm grip but every mouse I’ve used is too small
ID: h91zcezLogitech Master Mouse….best mouse I have ever used.
-
The claw obe looks like an express lane to carpal.tunnel
-
Palm woman.
That sounded less like an innuendo in my head.
-
Palm, my hands are too small for my mouse since it seems most gaming products are made for men.
-
How the hell does claw and finger move backwards or down on the screen without pushing buttons?
ID: h923xx5You use your thumb on the left side and ring finger on the right side. Your index and middle don't even push down.
ID: h920m47Moving the mouse around takes less force than necessary to actuate the click.
-
Fingertip
-
Palm + Fingertip. Only part of my palm rests on the mouse, but not the whole palm. I don't arch my fingers.
-
Palm for me. I have a G600 and it perfectly fits in my hand
-
I knew a guy with big hands and he just covered the mouse completely...
So entire hand grip
-
Claw when playing competitive, finger tip if playing normally
-
Handshake, with a vertical mouse
-
Palm but my giant hands make me claw.
-
Palm Gang
-
Just the tips
-
Where’s the one where you ruin your wrist smushing it into the mouse bad and flick the mouse around with your tips? I guess it’s three without the hovering part. Terrible carpal tunnel.
-
Claw. My finger muscles work hard

Mice that fit the palm are probably too big for the other two methods
