Oh yes. On our old zenith tv with wooden sides and swivel base. Thing probably had a 12 inch screen but weighed 1200 lbs. Where my channel 3 homies at!?

You see that thing that the wire is screwed into? I didn't have that. I had to screw the wires directly into the TV

Gods I haven't seen one of those in years.
Even had to get an adapter that split the coax to get it to work on the TV.

I never had to use that it was just removing VHS RCA and putting in the the snes and put in CH 3. because tv did not have AV or source as we call it now.
