ID: hbz2i37Probably a big difference between "failing" and "not as popular as the mode the entire game was built around for 2+ years." Arenas might not ever be as big as BR (it's not my preferred mode, for sure) but lots of people play it.

I really dgaf the skins, I just need the packs.

ID: hbzb6wrYea I feel for lvl 500/high level players chasing that heirloom/every pack possible and after all this time playing are now forced to play Arenas to get the extra packs with these type of events.

These event things used to be 5000 pts. They then decreased them to 3000. And now back up to 4000. At least it's not 5k!

ID: hbz4hvcThe 5000 point events lasted 2 weeks, so it was 2500 points per week. 3000 points per week was already an increase. Now it's 4000 per week.
ID: hbz03biI thought it depended on the rewards. The 5k ones usually have a legend skin and a weapon skin. The 3k ones are just Apex packs and battle pass points.

I've literally not touched Arena, what does 300 points equate to?
ID: hbysk66The current event has 100 and 200 point challenges. The base challenges are play 2 matches (100), get 10 knockdowns (200), win 1 match (100), deal 2000 damage (200), win two matches in a row (200).

I love areans ngl. Its more fun than ranked but not as fun as pubs.
ID: hbyxln6Coming from Overwatch I love arenas. I am so much better at arenas compared to battle royale because the positioning reminds me of Overwatch 3v3. Also less lag and no third parties. Not sure why everyone despises it so much, must be the matchmaking which is not a problem for me since I play with friends
ID: hbzbtdhTbh, I never liked BRs, but Apex gameplay feels really great I just couldn't get fully into the game because I really don't like BRs. Arenas basically made the game go from a B- to a A+ for me.

I can't f*ckin stand that they're always arena challenges now. I hate arenas. However, the flash event from a week or so ago I reluctantly did cause I thought "well, couple easy packs...maybe I'll finally get some shards".

How is that grindy? It takes like 2-3 games do the daily challenges for the event.

i got 1200 ponts just in 1-1 and a half hour, it isnt that hard to acieve, at least as ive experienced.

Noooooooo not arena's again! I fucking hate always loading in with 1 teammate missing and the other teammate who then decides to rush headlong into the frey while calling me shit at the game. I think I'll give this one a swerve
ID: hbz04yias much as I hate backfill as a solution to games, arenas needs backfill between rounds for leavers/dc's/shitty match making to make it consistently playable.
