I'm planning to upgrade to a 5800X and have my old 16gb 3200mhz LPX kit i heard that it works bad with ryzen is this true and should get new ram?

is not that LPX is bad memory per se and thats it; is just that Corsair can be awful at binning memory kits and some kits may not be able to achieve stability at the advertised xmp values and this not Ryzen specific as it can happen with Intel too. I just avoid Corsair RAM all together since they stung me with an awful 32 (8x4 3000 C15) kit that is not stable most of the time.

it will work fine at 3200mhz but keep in mind that they're samsung c-die based so no overclocking headroom and they don't like more than 1.35V

You should be perfectly fine. I got Vengeance LPX 3600 since it is the perfect speed for Ryzen 5000 CPUs in theory. But the tests show that the performance difference between 3200 and 3600 is tiny.

Enable XMP and will be fine at 3200

It will work fine for now. You can just upgrade down the road if you're unhappy with your performance.

Mine was at 2133mhz, I overclocked it at 2733mhz while keeping it at 1.2v (It was the max I could reach with that voltage). It works and It's stable, yours should be too.

if you can.. get rid of your old memory... corsair is nightmare fuel combined with ryzen. i've dozens upon dozens of corsair kits that refused to in any stable fashion even at fail safe stock.
If you truly want to have the lowest possible chance of headaches or loss of hair, make a point of getting crucial memory, as they are owned by micron, and micron with ryzen is among the most reliable you can possibly get. Match made in heaven essentially.

3200mhz is fine if you've already got it.

You should be able to use the XMP profile without issue (so it runs at the rated 3200 speed).

It's not worth spending more for a 2% performance upgrade. Should work just fine. I have the same stuff, and I'm reusing mine when I upgrade.

Got a 32gb kit. It got busted after 6 months and Corsair replaced it without a charge. Most of them are C-die or something, so can't be used for OC, other than that work perfectly for my 5600X. Unless you wanna do some serious OC or want a 3600 kit, I wouldn't change anything, honestly.

I wouldn't recommend anyone buy it, that's for sure (I deal with at least one problem a day that's entirely related to terrible Corsair binning, especially with all the new ICs that they can't bin properly to save their life, like Samsung c/d/e-dies, Nanya a-die, and even Micron rev b).
But like in OP's case, if it's already stable at XMP on another system, odds are it will work just fine with Ryzen as well. It's usually not anything related to the ICs themselves that cause the problems, it's Corsair's force binning (where they force new ICs into existing speed bins that are "close enough") and sample binning, where instead of binning every IC, they bin random samples from a lot, and if they're within a certain tolerance, they'll just assume the rest of the lot is as well, and they get used and shipped.

If you look at the barcode labels on the sticks themselves, and get the version number, I can tell you whether is one of the more problematic kits, or one of the more likely to be decent kits, but more than anything, if it's already running at XMP, it will more than likely run XMP on the new system as well. But as to the version numbers, 4.31 is the best (with 4.32/4.34 being the worst, and 4.33/8.31/8.32 coming in somewhere in between, and 3.34 being a bit random, since that's micron rev b and should be easy to bin, but if they're sample binning, that can lead to problems).
