Lego and Horizon sounds like an awesome collaboration
ID: hpu3ttvID: hpvcqedBionicles used to be my jam. Couldn’t get into Lego but I got almost every bionicle and loved building those.
ID: hpu10enHorizon LEGO Dawn.
ID: hpu6qvzThat's an awesome title for a Lego game
-
If they produced high grade model kits for this game I'd buy them in a heart beat.
ID: hpu0npfMe too! If you haven't tried Kotobukiya's Hexa Gear line of model kits, some of the designs give me major HZD vibes.
ID: hpuf5evOh sweet I'll definitely check them out. Thank you!
-
I got Nicola Stocchi's Thunderjaw moc at home. Absolutely amazing!
ID: hpuz8iqThat’s on my bucket-list of non-brand sets to build
-
There are already some really cool community-built Lego models in various sizes, excited to see what an officials set looks like and what scale they go with. An Alloy minifig would be great too!
ID: hpu12vbI bricklinked the Tallneck a few years ago, it's awesome and I hope if LEGO makes an official one it's more structurally sound (the moc has trouble standing in a lot of positions)
ID: hpuh7dmI did the same thing and have the same problem lol. Can’t wait for the official one!
-
Ouuuuuu. I love Lego and Horizon.
-
Amazing… Would love the second release to be a thunderjaw or a stormbird
ID: hpu85zlI feel like we might get some watchers or a strider or some other smaller machines before they do another big set. But I would love a Thunderjaws set.
-
Now I want a Lego Horizon game.
ID: hpunbf2I would play the crap out of that, the original was incredible imo. Great idea!
-
I wish it were a collectors series and taller than the new AT-AT, like 3 ft.
ID: hpts17fI don’t because I’d like to be able to afford it and display it haha
But I do hope they make a giant display model that Sony can put up at one of their stores or something!
ID: hpu41stStill can’t believe that one costs $800.
ID: hpu7youI saw 9ne in a lego store last qeelz it's huge. The Titanic is massive as well - seriously impressive.
ID: hptp5f3Man if it’s also past 6000 pcs I would be so happily surprised
EDIT: €80; so about 800 pcs.
ID: hptxf3hI read it's supposed to have 1200 parts. probably lots of super tiny ones because of all the details

Oh man oh man, this would be a dream come true. I wonder how far they could take this? I can’t see this being a one-off for Sony and the LEGO Group. I’d expect more LEGO PlayStation content.
A LEGO Sully’s plane, the Hog Wild, from Uncharted would be wonderful, and maybe something small like a boat on a river for God of War.
I imagine that, as long as no firearms or other violent content is directly a part of the set, they can tie in to any of PlayStation’s properties (within reason. I doubt they would do a Days Gone or a Detroit set).
I just hope the Horizon set (along with any future LEGO PlayStation releases) is display-worthy, rather than a full play set. [Edit: rumored to be an 18+ display piece]
It’s worth noting that LEGO and PlayStation isn’t a new relationship. For years, LEGO games have had exclusive or at least timed-exclusive PlayStation content
ID: hpu4zccLego ratchet and clank or Gran Turismo
ID: hpu53b1I can’t see Gran Turismo happening when LEGO has its Speed Champions line.
Perhaps they could do a Speed Champions set with the GT7 cover cars?
ID: hptw74nWhile LEGO has dipped into some darke
mature themes recently, they have never done anything Rated R or M, and I doubt they ever will for the foreseeable future. I think Uncharted is a definite possibility, but something like God of War or The Last of Us would be a big no from LEGO.ID: hpu7187Set 389000 - Kratos spilling centaurs guts
ID: hptzny4I don’t know. God of War is very violent, yet thematically, its Norse aesthetic is easy to sell without the direct violence. Almost like an Avengers Thor set.
Put together a set with Kratos and a couple of draugr, or even just Kratos and Atreus in the boat, and you’re good.
ID: hpud2i0Lego is incredibly careful about language and what might be portrayed in official sets. Videogame combat itself doesn't seem to be much of an issue (see the various Overwatch sets), and they're not against more adult themes (Stranger Things springs to mind). I can see a "PlayStation" licensed line, similar to the Mario sets or upcoming Sonic Green Hill Zone. HZD fits with that as a "signature character" for the PS brand, possibly Kratos/Atreus in the future. If they try GoW they will not use GOD or WAR in such labelling - see the recent change of naming of "Slave 1" models to "Boba Fett's Ship".
I'm sure the model(s) will look good, but are far more likely to have multiple "Play Features" for a relatively new license to broaden appeal/market. I can't think of many licenses that went straight to a big 18+/D2C apart from James Bond.ID: hpude5hWhile I would expect, say, movable legs and such for the Tallneck, it is hard for me to imagine PlayStation-themed sets, which are much more mature-themed games, being designed heavily as play sets. While I am sure they will try to make these have the broadest market appeal possible, keep in mind that these are not IPs that will be as familiar to kids.
In simplest terms, I imagine that they will make the sets enjoyable for kids, yet with these themes, they are easiest to appeal to older consumers.

Official horizon lego sets?
Let's fucking goooooooo!
-
I'd buy that, but if it's something like their more prestigious models (911, lamborghini, AT-AT,..), my last set was Apollo V, really liked it
-
Okay, this is epic
-
I love Horizon zero dawn so I would buy this so fast
-
Neat
-
Definetly getting this. Hopefully we get a Thunderjaw later on.
-
Oh great a LEGO-Sony deal. My wallet.
-
I hope they make this into a full theme, there’s so many cool animals/robots in HZD and probably even more in the new game. I’m fucking excited
-
I will throw hands for this if I need to.
-
I can already see adult gamers pushing and shoving kids away to grab a set of these when they drop in store. It's me I'm the adult gamer.
-
Thunderjaw when?
ID: hpvj2v8I have a moc similar to this
I even added lights. -
This really is a match made in heaven. Here's hoping they make a Thunderjaw set!
-
I would kill for a nice Lego Mass Effect set.
ID: hptsmfkYour best bet would be to buy/build a Mass Effect MOC kit on bricklink or something like that.
If there are Mass effect kits on Lego ideas make sure to upvote them, each item that has more than 10.000 votes is automatically reviewed by Lego for possible scale production
-
Lego Uncharted too please!
-
Quiet day in PS5 news, I see.
-
Unfortunate that Mega Construx didn't grab the license. I'm sure Lego's will be cool
