My 2nd air drop I've seen and have gotten to first at the end of the game with no pmc and enough loot to go around the 3 scavs seemingly left on the map and 1 had to be a cunt. Level 12 and I was hyped thinking we could share lol.

ID: hu68ieiThis works until it doesn't. I got to airdrop. I camped it, was watching a scav loot it. Then another scav came up and killed him, so I killed that scav. Turns out the 1st scav had already killed other scavs, so according to the game the 2nd scav was a good guy for a killing a bad scav, and then I was a bad guy for killing the 2nd scav. Hey at least I made it out of there with all the loot, I guess!
This was the second time I dropped my rep, the first happened on the first few days of the wipe when a guy had the unloaded shotgun bug and was clicking at me and I killed him. I guess I should have just run. Oh well, I have positive karma at least, even if it isn't even over 1 yet.

Trust no one and if you're heart is too soft(like me sometimes) let them walk in front of you.
I gave a player scav the loot of 3 PMC, guided him around the map for more loot, finally took down too pharmacy as soon as key in, he kills me with the loot I gave him.
I know I'll forget this lesson and be nice again.. but for now, trust no one! XD

Was on a pmc run, got to an air drop first, player scav rolls up, I tell him we can split and then take the coop extract. Man responds by insulting me and proceeds to loot the drop immediately after. I killed him. I don't feel bad.

I am the AirDrop scav. No airdrop is safe from me. I'll camp it until 5 minutes are left and there is a pile of PMCs and Scavs alike riddled with PS ammo from my 20 percent durability SKS. No one is safe

ID: hu6u0ffNot really. Its not like im fighting other scavs for airdrops every day, and survive a few raids as a scav and car extract as PMC and its made up easy. Definitely worth it with the loot I have gotten from some airdrops. Also, oftentimes some of the other player scavs are fighting over it. I had one where I killed 3 player scavs but since 2 of them had already started fighting, I only lost rep for 1 of them

Yea that hurts. To me it seems like air drops got nerfed after the Christmas event. The loot isn't all that good anymore to me. Every time I've hit them recently, it'll be 1 good gun, 1 mediocre gun, 30 rounds of good ammo, 1 big backpack, 1 level 4 body armor, a bunch of tactical rigs, and then a bunch of miscellaneous loot like food and stuff
Versus during Christmas event, the airdrops would have like 3 seperate level 6 body armor, a ton of good guns, impact grenades, and other purple tier loot .

What I do now is I camp the fuck out of an airdrop and just one tap pmc’s and scavs as they loot it until the clock winds pretty far down. Idgaf anymore, died too many times to “friendly” scavs and players.

I've done it twice but in my defense by the time I got there the scavs had so much gear on that it was impossible to tell they were a scav

Similar-ish story the other day.
Was watching my friend (PMC) track down Killa after he befriended the scav and gave the scav extra gear and loot. Friend manages to down Killa (with a damn VPO-215) and runs over to loot. Another friend in the discord mentions: “dude, put the killa helmet on immediately” He does, right as the player scav tries to head tap my friend with .45 match FMJ in an UMP. The scav never stood a chance. Shame, my friend handed him 300k worth in gear and loot prior.

Must be shit luck man I’m sorry. The other day I was scav-ing and two other scavs came up and we all VOIPed to cooperate to share the loot and the other two covered us while we sorted what everyone wanted/needed

Gave the 2nd one to some random scav and he looked at me and was like "What the fuck dude" and just took off while his buddy was screaming at him "where are you going??" in voip chasing after him. Blame BSG, I'm forced to lower my karma instead of getting to 6+ because once I get to 6 I can no longer defend myself without getting massively punished with a -1 rep penalty.
I'd rather just take 10 -0.1s and get some loot out of it.

Lasnight on woods i spawned right near as one fell from the sky. Friendly scav gave me forstdibbs...i got a slick and helmet and let him get the rest...ahowed him some loot caches on the way to extract.wholesome!

I've looted several and just worked with the other scavs to share without a problem. One time on Lighthouse i killed two pmcs on my scav that were going for the drop and then when a 3 man scav army rocked up we all looted, it was awesome.

Every time I get to an airdrop, there's like 5 scavs around and we share the drop fairly equitably.
It's not my drop. It's our drop, comrade.

Scavs that kill other scavs in general need to die in a fire. Really don't understand it.

Sooo I have a confession. I was hiding in a tree watching a team of two scavs loot an airdrop. Didn’t want to aggro them because I was rocking a Toz. A team of three more scavs show up and I take the opportunity to fire a random shot at the team of two, but after the new team has already closed in. Chaos ensues. The only survivor dipped out after the fight and I had a (mostly) full airdrop to myself after that. Good times.
