Havne't played a GT since 2 back in PS1 days with "Garbage, Paranoid " soundtrack playing over and over.
But for some reason, im so excited to get back in my 1995 Honda Prelude and remod it all over again in blazing PS5 glory!

Haven't played since GT3, and haven't really cared about the series during that time. For some reason I'm hyped for this one though.

ID: hv7re5qIt's been over 8 years since the last mainline GT. And tbh, I ignored it because it wasn't on PS4. Sport scratched the itch, but it didn't have the same focus. So realistically, for me, it's actually been over 12 years and three console generations ago.
Absence makes the heart grow fonder.

ID: hv7uz04I think it will be. I think psvr2 was announced because games are starting to be announced/released with VR support, and you kinda have to announce psvr2 before that.
Other than hype (which was not needed given HFW was announced) at the time, there really wasn't a need to announce psvr2 when they did.

I actually enjoyed GT Sport but the one thing that really hampered that game for me was the crazy loadtimes into every race. PS5's SSD probably solves all of that. I bet it looks 10x better, and likely brought back the stuff fans wanted.

If you're hearing about Gran Turismo and have never played it/been interested in it, please check out this game. Everyone at one point wasn't a car person. This game has brought so many people into the car world. It's a chill, fun, and immensely challenging game to be enjoyed in so many ways.
Don't ignore it because it's a racing game.

They own the rights to Pikes Peaks Hill Climb so as a Rally Sim Racing fan I really hope they do something with this. I want to race Pikes Peak!

“Gran Turismo 7 will really contain everything that was in GT Sport; there’ll be nothing lost there,” explained the series’ founding father to IGN.
“Everything that had to do with multiplayer will be included in the new game, but at the same time improving its usability, and also the network reliability of those modes as well.”

I haven't played any GT games aside from the one on PSP (I had a PSP Go, lol!) but for some reason I'm super hyped for this one

Inject this into my veins. I really hope it's ten minutes of someone fiddling with tuning options and the rest is a full length race. It'd be terrible for non-GT fans, but I'd love it.

I'm not really into Simulators, but for some reason I'm really hyped for this one. Even tho it's not my style, I always admired GT's beauty and how polished it has always been.

My last main GT game was GT2. I did buy GT Sport a while ago since it was 8 euros but I crave a real single player focused game. Can't wait to play this!

ID: hv7znvdThe release date is still March 4th. This is just a state of play to advertise/hype up the release. PlayStation has been doing this with their big 1st party releases since 2020. Last of Us Part II, Ghost of Tsushima, Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart, and Horizon: Forbidden West all got SoPs solely about them.
