I'm usually not a big fan of racing related games but the amont of customization and gameplay they showed from this State of Play actually wowed me.

Super excited for this and will be getting it day one. My only gripes/concerns are the lack of new tracks as I know every inch of each track from GT sport, and I hope the AI shown in music rally is just for that mode and not the campaign as that would be very disappointing.

The graphics are phenomenal but this just doesn’t take my fancy. Looks incredibly boring, GT is what brought me to the original PlayStation but this just doesn’t do it for me, I think it’s had it’s time. They need to introduce a new smugglers run, Motorstorm or Midnight Club as a driving alternative, now that would be great!

Sony is getting serious about expanding beyond the console market. Wouldn't be surprised to see their own launcher on PC and day 1 releases in the next year or so.

Edit: Gotta love people being mad over direct quotes from Sony saying they intend to further branch out from the console market with their games and specifically cite how happy they are with GoW on PC. This isn't speculation at this point it's reality. Gonna be a lot of upset people in the next few years I think as console exclusives continue to be a thing of the past. We've hit the point where AAA game development is so expensive that profits on one system alone doesn't cut it anymore.

I'd be interested in this if the single player didn't require an online connection. If they add an offline mode I might check it out.

Edit: downvoted for not wanting a single player mode tied to a constant internet connection...this sub is ridiculous. Don't cry when servers go down.

It's likely like GT Sport where you can play offline but need to connect online to save your progress since your progress carries over and it's to prevent cheating. GT6 online was ruined by cheaters.

Push square just published something that said the entire game requires an online connection. Apparently it’s to prevent cheating and all save files are stored on their servers
