Dont sleep on minecraft. Shaders and photorealistic texture packs destroys PCs...and its addicting, hars to go back once you try it. Which means you'll buy a rig like this to get good framerate.

When I load minecraft with ray traced shaders and texture pack up on my pc, the gpu sits at around 50-65% utilisation, and I get horrible frames even with a 9900ks and a 3080

I live in Brasil and some 3 years ago I thought all these images were fake, just like seeing a zombie in a movie, it didn’t get in my head people would really spend money on something even near this level

I spent 4k on a pc, and all i play is minecraft.
But then I used to play on a laptop, so kinda makes sense. Why upgrade if the pc is still going to be a potato. Might aswell go all in and be ready for anything

ID: gq6j784Actually, forget the mods even. Running a populated MC server and/or cranking up the draw distance will bring a processor to its knees quickly (although admittedly, mostly because of terribly unoptimized core code.

To be fair, I'd almost exclusively use a high-end PC to run a Nintendo Gamecube and Wii emulator, while letting my branded consoles run absolutely everything else.

My brother has a somewhat high end setup and only plays rust every once and awhile. And here i am trying to get more than 40 FPS in Squad during firefights on my Lenovo L340 which has a GTX 1650

That's three separate stations. The two on each side of the chair have 4 monitors each and the one on the far left has one bigger monitor.

Try playing ATM6 with Shader and a full 512px Texturepack.
You will need at least 32GB RAM alone for MC.

Minecraft can be pretty intensive on your pc with high graphics or shaders 64 chunks of render distance will burn down you pc if its not good enough

Interestingly enough, you dont need a whole lot of compute or GPU to drive 3 monitors per PC and a bunch of RGB. So keep saving for the stuff you enjoy doing.

Minecraft is actually much more technically intensive than you think. Individually rendering every aspect of your environment and allowing them to be interactable can be pretty ram heavy

SEUS ray-tracing alone will make a ton of computers go into the 20-30 FPS range at least (although haven't tested newer builds of it yet).
