Morshu's Paradise is a surprisingly well done adaptation. The subtle lyrics-changes to fit it into the CDI-verse and Morshu's humming being a very versatile instrument are great touches.

But anyway, my pick would be Blue Oyster Cult making a song dedicated to the Florida Man phenomenon, which I'd say fits the qualifications for a meme. What's craziest about this is that they were off the grid for almost 20 years before putting out the album that this song is from, and not only does most of the album slap, this joke song slaps hardest.
