Hey everybody, I've just been gifted my very first PS4 and even though I can't afford any games yet somebody mentioned they had some free games on there so I was just wondering what some of the best ones are? I would most likely play some multiplayer games but I'm always up for an action/adventure/survival type of game, those are always good.

Depending on what you are into I sunk a lot of hours into Path of Exile. If you like diablo you will find a lot of value there.
Destiny 2 is free I'm pretty sure, it's just the bare bones game but that can last you for hours.
Genshin Impact is a good arpg that you've likely heard of. If you have it on mobile you can't transfer the data from mobile to PS4 unless that has been patched.
Warframe is like destiny but in a third person view with fast paced action and lots to explore.
There are also moba's like Smite on there for free and of course your obligatory Warzone and Fortnite.
There are also some mmorpg's like DC online and Star Trek online and Neverwinter.
There is honestly a lot of free content that has amassed over the years and more keep coming up.

Ratchet and Clank is free right now for the Play at Home program. I believe it lasts until the end of the month but once you've purchased it for $0 it is yours to keep forever.
