Streaming the PS3 games used to suck ass but it's quite seamless now. No lag or hiccups and surprisingly looks alright on my 4k tv. I would just suggest a small 720p 19inch like this one and it's great.

Works great for me too. I play metal gear solid collection almost everyday worth it for that alone. And sometimes they give you a game like avengers and it saves me from buying that game even when it goes on sale for 5 bucks. Win win.
