With New DLSS 2.2.10 update out now for RDR2 for RTX users we can see how hugely it improves Fps without much trading off image quality. So , I was wandering is there any chance Rockstar will implement FSR for RDR2 So anyone can use it. It would be much appreciated in Gaming community. Is it possible for Game to have both DLSS and FSR? Can FSR be implemented by modder as Source code for FSR would be open?

Possible, yes. Will Rockstar do it? Who knows.

There is a list and I don't think it's on it yet.

Its up to the game developers to do it.
Also it sounds like DLSS has some very nasty issues in RDR2 despite using the newest DLL available. People complaining of lots of pop-in and shimmering when moving around.

I don't see any issues besides the hair sucking which is the first time I've ever had dlss in a game make the hair on a character look worse

I don't think it's that the hair looks worse. It's that were are no longer blurring the shit out of the game, and now the hair textures are showing up like shit compared to TAA blur city.

Tested it already. Unfortunately, the game's 2.2.10 has artifacting that is less present (or not present) when I'm using 2.2.6. Trees and pillars jitter with the integrated DLSS from RDR2
There's just some weird artifacting around edges of buildings, some tree branches, pillars, chunks of wood (this when they're facing the sky) with 2.2.10
In terms of image quality, much sharper than with the default TAA but there are noticeable DLSS artifacts on fine details such as gates, power lines, hair and horse tails. These may be less noticeable playing on a TV at normal distance.
It looks good in general but there is some more flickering around trees and foliage from what I saw. Also DOF in cutscenes "breaks" the dlss and jaggies appear everywhere when something in the background is out of focus. Still I find impressive it manages to keep the IQ high even at 1440p (quality setting). Now I am able to max out every single setting, including tessellation. I own a 3080.
It looks great in pictures but for me the illusion quickly breaks down when I start to move. Unfortunately, DLSS is way too sharp and barely smooths the edges. Everything starts to flicker even in 4K DLSS quality.
As soon as you stop moving, however, the picture returns to its normal quality.
Seeing it took the 8 years and an outside modder to fix the Online load times in GTA V... who knows if or when Rockstar will add FSR to any of their games.

Not for me. Quality is bad in motion, and the FPS difference is minimal.
SPOILER WARNING
DLSS Quality
DLSS Ultra-Performance
TAA High

and the FPS difference is minimal.
Seems to be a cpu bottleneck. If you go from 1080p to 360p and only get 22% more fps, that's the cpu limiting you.

Your old 4.0ghz CPU is limiting your performance gains. Also DLSS isn't really needed at 1080p.
DLSS is for us at 4K high refresh rate.

Damn that looks hella good for a 2600 and 2060 rtx. What

Everyone expect dlss to save the world but it's only for fps gains most of the time it's blurry

This hasn't been true for some time now.
Edit: Downvoting me for correcting someone on saying DLSS is a blurry mess when it isn't. Enough reputable reviewers have praised it since 2.0 was released, even at 1080p. This sub is a fucking joke sometimes.

Its still true for 1080p

4K might be great for you but I know there is slight blur during motion at 1440P or less.
