It's a chill game. Going through and exploring all the possibilities is super addicting.
ID: h620wy2Addictive.

I know David Cage doesn’t do sequels, but it would be a shame to never see another game in this world. Easily the best Quantic Dream game.
ID: h61tizeA sequel with Connor and Hank would be pure fanservice, but the best kind of fanservice.
ID: h61vejwBut my Hank shot himself in the head
-
Well deserved!
-
Fantastic game.
-
This game is up there on my list of favorite PS4 games, also I love Mr. Krabs
ID: h60tnxmIs Clancy Brown in this game?
ID: h60xzmfHe plays an alcoholic Mr Krabs and it’s the absolute best
ID: h60xx3uYep he plays the cop partner to the detective android, he’s my favorite character in that game. I tried so hard to be friends with him and would reset the game if I screwed up the relationship with my choices lol.
-
This was one of my favorite games on PS4.
-
Glad it's done so well. Highly recommend everyone try the demo, it's such a great showcase of the exhilarating stakes in this game. Would love a sequel focusing on Connor.
ID: h62209zIt's free for PS Plus subscribers.
-
Doubt we'll get a sequel, but it would be cool to see the devs utilise the new features of the DualSense.
-
Unique game. I loved it.
-
We need another game, David Cage!
Seriously I'm a fan of all of Quantic Dream games
ID: h60m84kSame, can't wait to see what their next game is. I still remember how cool I thought Indigo Prophecy was.
ID: h60qr01Indigo Prophecy had a stellar soundtrack also...
ID: h6107wjPlayed Heavy Rain and DBH, how is Beyond two souls ?
ID: h616ybwThat's the most mediocre game they've done. It's just not good. The (original) story is a mess but if you play it in chronological order it isn't better either and I also dislike Jodie's forced love interest with a certain person. So...if you like Quantic Dream works then the game is okay, but believe me all the other games are better.
ID: h611j9nEasily the worst one. If you have a friend to play co-op with that makes it a little better.
It should be cheap by now so it's definitely worth a playthrough though.
ID: h61jengI got excited for Beyond Two Souls when I saw the trailer. Then I played the game and it was really disappointing. It’s not bad, just that the mysterious powers but that they played up prior to launch ends up being a simple, repetitive, and fairly boring game mechanic.
If you’re familiar with the game and what it’s about, this won’t be a spoiler for you. But if you’re not and you’d rather go in blind, ignore the following.
If I were designing the game, I would’ve made the powers completely out of the control of the player and have the use of the powers be quite frightening, like it’s some evil dark presence that is tormenting you. That way it would’ve preserved the intrigue of what the whole thing is about. Unfortunately you learn pretty early on that the stuff is happening because of Aiden and then you get to switch to controlling Aiden and using the powers directly. I would have much preferred these powers just happen and you spend the first two thirds of the game trying to understand how and why things are happening. Only in the final third should the big reveal happen that it’s actually Aiden and then you spend the remainder of the game learning to work together in harmony. But the entire thing gets spoiled so early that it ends up being little more than a gimmick.
ID: h61v0irI loved Detroit Become Human but I turned off Beyond Two Souls after an hour or so. It looked incredibly dated and the repetitive gameplay gimmick of controlling things remotely didn't appeal to me.
ID: h62129zIt’s good. Play it in chronological order. And elen page is hot in it

I made my girlfriend play this amazing game. She called me crying after making a bad decision, but the fact that characters may actually die for your decisions made her love even more the game, became one of her top favorites.
-
Never played this until I got the ps plus collection. Great game. Really enjoyed it.
-
This game is amazing and extremely underrated. Whenever I see lists of best Playstation exclusives this game is rarely on there and it certainly deserves to be!
ID: h60rajyNot underrated at all, it's widely known, won awards and again, has sold 6 million.
Underrated?
ID: h60tk9fSorry, perhaps underrated was the wrong word. Maybe underappreciated? I just don't ever hear anyone talk about it when discussing the best PS4 games and a lot of my friends had never heard of it until I told them about it.
-
And the game deserves every one of those. Its an amazing game
-
This was one of the BEST games I've played (never owned a PS4 so completely new to me). I played Until Dawn and Heavy rain at a friend's house and didn't even know how interested I was in this type of game.
But Detroit was fantastic. Definitely one of my top 5 games.
-
One of the best’s games from PS4
-
Playing this right now via PS+ Collection and I'm loving it more than I expected to! Until Dawn as well, both are surprisingly great though very distinct
-
Had a soft spot for Quantic Dream ever since Omikron: The Nomad Soul. One of my all time favourites, as broken as it was in parts. Would love to see a full remake someday, unlikely as it may be. I remember there being some sequel rumours years ago!
-
As someone who finds the other david cage games the same way one enjoys “the room”, would I enjoy this for its quality or is it more a really fun and silly b movie type of deal again?
ID: h61xs38Silly B movie type, don't expect much. It tries very hard to be a commentary on our own society (androids sit at the back of the bus) so it's really in-your-face most of the time. It's funny to watch even though the actual game and the story it's trying to tell is ass.
-
Does this include copies “sold” (claimed) via PS+? Or is that separate?
ID: h60qs04Usually these kinds of stats don't include games offered on services such as PS Plus. Only copies sold through storefronts.
-
Cannot stand marcus storyline but the detective and maid robot’s was flawless
ID: h61qo0qlol how does someone get through this game's story/themes calling her the fuckin "maid robot"
ID: h6131zqConnor & Kara

One of the worst games I played last gen. Didn't care about any characters besides Clancy Brown and his Android buddy's storyline. I also hate this developer, QTE and walking Sims make a bad combination of "game".
ID: h60slrqFucking preach. It takes the defining and best aspect of videogames (the interactivity and gameplay), throws that into a bin and ties it to a 20 hour movie with really poor writing.
How these "games" (because let's face it, it's barely a fucking game, more an interactive movie) are so popular I will never know.
ID: h60torpI find these types of games are good ways of getting people who don't play games to put a foot in the water! My girlfriend connected to some of the characters and has been gaming ever since experiencing this game.
We just beat it takes two and is for sure her biggest gaming milestone so far.
Lots of perspectives out there 🙂
Take care
ID: h60trrdOK, I'll bite.
Because they do something different instead of the millionth generic action rpg or cod copy.
It's not for everyone, but the fact that many games claimed the 'branching storyline' thing and this game made a whole game out of it, it deserves this recognition.
This game could also very well lay the groundwork for a future game that could be up your alley, and you'll have this game to thank 🙂

Does this include people like me who downloaded it for free?
