So years ago I changed my PSN id account for free on my PS4. But now I’m deciding whether to change it on the Playstation APP and not my PS4. I noticed how unlike on my PS4 it’s not telling me I have to pay for a second change and is acting as if this is my first change. If I change my PSN id on the app will it still be paid off or is it technically free?
