I was playing ps4 then suddenly there was a power outage. After the power outage i turned on my ps4 but it was stuck on a blue light white light. Please Help. I dont know how to fix this

Try starting in safe mode. When the console is off, hold the power button like 5 or 7 seconds until the SECOND beeps. That should start you in safe mode. Hope it helps
