This thread serves to consolidate player feedback and issues with the newly released 9.1 patch.
As always, please post any bugs or issues that have come up with this current patch so that Respawn can help out!
Information that's helpful when reporting bugs:
What platform are you playing on? Which skin you were using? What were you doing leading up to the issue? Can you reproduce it? What are the steps? PC players - provide hardware specs, OS version, and GPU driver version. Did your game crash? What error did you get? Please include "apex_crash.txt" from your "Documents" folder. If possible, it’s great if you can capture the bug and submit that with your report. -
Thought you would have fixed the big problem of not getting a full squad. Love having 7 games in succession with either myself or myself and ONE other.

My game is crashing after the update. Ps4. Error says tried to unload a pak file that isn't loaded.

ID: h3hhvreIt's completely choking my CPU. It never used to do that before. My cpu is legit throttling 100% even on the menu screen. This was never an issue before, I would stream the game as well.

high CPU usage from the game around 80-85%, and Origin 15%.

There was an Update for Origin after that it was fixed.
I guess Origin is faking everything when there is an update
ID: h3h1y71same, running a 2600k @ 4.5GHz pegged at +90% cpu usage with crazy stutters since this patch, no matter the fps cap....

ID: h3ivtm1They're earrings for your gun. No other purpose than to give you a useless reward that they wouldn't be able to sell
ID: h3k0ccqThere is a purpose, to flood the pool of weapon and legend skins. So when you open apex packs you get useless charms and holosprays that nobody wants. Make people more likely to spend money for the skins they want instead of leaving up to chance.

9 seasons of making this game and the devs still can't have an update drop where the game doesn't lag or crash. And why is this update eating away at my CPU?

Damage indicators seem to be fucked up? There’s no difference between shield and health.

ID: h3h8d41More like destroyed it. Now you cant enjoy the yellow crosshair anymore because damage numbers fkd up
ID: h3hentzYeah I am on protanopia and the damage numbers when you hit flesh are almost like hitting a gold shield.

ISSUES AFTER THE UPDATE
1- Can't open the game for like 5-6 minutes. (Loading screen)
2- Changing game modes (Arenas, battle royale, firing range etc.) cause a freeze about 5 minutes. Also when i join a friend's lobby game crashes.
3- Opening game in background cause screen flashing on desktop.
4- For every map change i must wait about 5 minutes to ''load''. (Says loading instead of matcmaking)
5- Very high CPU usage.
Edit: Poor FPS on world's edge.
It is been over 2 days and still no fix...it still takes forever to load to lobby.

EDIT: you just have to wait long enough for the code:pin problem to appear, and then you can join the lobby

I can’t seem to loot deathboxes, every game I play on the new patch o can’t seem to loot them and it’s getting annoying, is anyone else getting this too?

No fill not fixed in trios, pc performance took a pretty big hit in general, Arena matchmaking is still total trash. Had taken a 2 week break to play other games. Going to just extend it until next season now. Playing this game solo is just not enjoyable for me at all.

Great to see that you still havent fixed the fill for Trios/Duos. Should be top priority for a team based game no?

The old map is much better, the performance on ps4 pro is smooth 60 fps, the new maps have the worst hick ups and response time, Respawn gotta fix that.
