I noticed this at the start of S8 but I didn’t realize there was a subreddit for Apex Lore. On some beacons there are the numbers 1 and 3 in some order or orientation. What is that about?

I think it's just filler text for the model.
They aren't even sure if they want to make respawning canon (but surely coming back from death isn't)
