Fence gives a task to kill 3 PMC's for +1.0 rep
All 3 kills have to be in one raid as a PMC? (some are saying it is doable on your scav)
Killing any scav during the task fails it and you must restart the task.
Scavs with 0.0 karma or less are KOS to AI scavs. -

3 PMCs in a single raid? Being the incredibly shitty player I am, not even seeing 3 PMCs in a raid I have the feeling I will be stuck on this quest for quite a while lol.

Because I am stupid I had to do it 3 times, during first raid I killed 3 PMC and scav (so task failed), then I forgot to restart it and killed 2 pmcs and died. Next run I killed 4 PMCs, but task was not still restarted. 3rd run with finally restarted task I killed 5man with one mag, everybody was running pistol - naked.

. always sweaty bois every raidID: hcefoalMy advice would be to start playing factory. Lots of people will go in with just a weapon and no helmet or body armour so the playing field is alot more even I'f you dont have the best loot yourself.

ID: hclrrq1100% this. I rarely see 3 PMC's in a raid and it's always a squad if I do. This task is a pure factory shit task (I hate all quests you need to resort to Factory for PMC kills, it's a flaw in the set up of the game IMO)

ID: hcegyujLearn the spawn locations on each map. Once you know those you can basically predict where people will be and roughly how long it will take for them to get there.

You gain it. Think of it as open hunting season against bad scavs.

Feels bad man - I'm a really shitty pvp player, but something like 2 hours before the quest dropped i managed my first ever 3-pmc-kill run ... by pure chance, good position, sunset getting dark, clumsy opponents. I'm afraid the stars won't align like this again anywhere soon, these three bring me to a whopping 6 kills total 😀

Killing AI/Player Scavs as a PMC doesn't lower your Fence rating though right?

You can gain rep/karma as a PMC.
You can lose & gain rep/karma as a PScav.

Im so bad a tarkov im struggling to kill even one pmc. Its either i miss every single shot or their armor eats it fully. The times i do kill them is when they dont wear any armor or my recoil is so bad it goes to the head

This is so good. Adding more depth into the already superior scav game mode. Not only do we get to scavenge sweet loot and Chad gear off dead PMCs, we get to bounty hunt the jerk scavs! And even group up and attack PMCs! So much fun. I hope they keep expanding this system.

ID: hcfszq0While PMC is fun occasionally, there are just too many problems to take it seriously. It takes too long to build a loadout. Spawns are horrendous. Lag, desync, cheaters all ruin the experience too fast. It's just not as fun as instantly loading into a scav and having fun.

I'm a scav with negative rep, not by much. I think I'm at -.25ish. When I go into a raid as a scav, all AI scav will kill me, correct? Also, can I just start blasting and not lose more rep? Or do I still lose rep?

Omg.. I just did it! I killed two PMC on factory and after that I found another two dead PMC and it was totally quiet. Thought I'll have a nice exfil at the new medic tent but forgot my factory key. Headed to the main exit and got shot at my legs. One blacked out and my enemy kept shooting at me, threw 2 nades before he came around the corner. But I manged to kill him when the spicy quest completed notification popped up.

Something wrong with the scav system right now? A player scav followed me and shot me in the back with a shotgun(damaged my armor and blacked my arm) and I turned and killed him but I lost .1 rep? And I'm not marked because of the event, my reps at just over 3.

ID: hcpltuoThere may be a bug, the same thing happened to a friend. If you get shot first you should be able to shoot back and if you kill the offender lose nothing as it was self defense. That seems to be broken right now.

I always thought bad scavs were bad because they couldn't loot for themselves. Turns out they can loot, and having my AI companion tell me it's safe to blast is making my scav runs very profitable. Keep it up bad scavs, I'm sure other events won't be directly related to scav karma.

Bruh I got 3 kills first raid but didn’t accept the fuckin quest, couple raids later got a 4 man but had to blast a scav that got in my way to extract fuck me haha I never get kills either what shit luck lmao

Damn this event is a pure blessing. I can blast at least 1 or 2 other P Scav for their loot as a 6+ Rep. Then just wait 5 minute at least to go and do another run and then just blast Negative Scav player who are aggro by the AI one to regain my loss Rep. Lawl. Been doing this since then. Got so many other P Scav loots and roubles.

Great event, but now all the fucking cunts who already shoot on site have even more reason to do so. All they have to do is go run a factory and boom, a whole point of positive rep. Now they can go kill friendly scavs for another couple of raids with absolutely no negative repurcussions because they're all assholes!

This guy so upset but I dont think he understands how little +1 rep is to someone who regularly kills scavs and gets negative rep. It's like throwing a cup of water on a fire. You can get +1 for taking a few car extracts.

No, but it allows people who are low, or want an excuse to lash out a way to do so.
I can go on a murder spree my next 10 raids or so if I want, then go to factory and in one game I'll already be back over 6+ rep.

I'm a little confused with how this works. I have 7.09 Fence rep but scavs shoot me on sight still. Aren't they supposed to aid you in some way, or am i just mistaken?

Just killed a single scav and got -0.1 rep instead of .04 or whatever

That’s a players scav in good standing. -.05 is an AI scav and the reason it becomes -.04 is due to a positive .01 from surviving the raid as a scav

So how am I meant to deal with AI scavs now? Just got blasted by one on factory but I take it if I shot it first my karma would have suffered more? Does shooting AI scavs back after they shoot you still take karma away?

Why has this event made 90% of pscavs KOS to other pscavs? Genuinely curious

Because they don't have at least 0.01 rep meaning they're either bad scavs or simply new to the game. Most likely the former as there are a lot of bad scavs. A little data gathering on how making having negative karma have an actual hard punishment is also possible and I do enjoy the idea of people who don't wanna cooperate as a scav getting executed.

A second reminder, if you fail by killing a scav make sure you go accept it again after the raid.
It is very frustrating to forget to reaccept and that next raid you would have completed the quest.
