It is barely playable, takes forever to set up a loadout

When my game starts doing this, I just restart the game and it works fine. It seems to happen after like an hour or more of playing, like some temp cache file is just having a seizure.

Nothing indicates that they only lost their most recent scav run. They could have been part of the group of people losing millions and then to add insult to injury lose a scav run.
