From what I understand Battlestate is technically a British corporation, but they still have expenses in Russia and have to be able to move money into Russia even if they have accounts abroad. At some point they either will have trouble keeping the lights on at their offices/paying their employees, or they'll be unable to pay for the servers. Possibly both. It can't be far off either, given how things are going over there.

Tarkov this weekend . Going in an Slick, Rys-T and Sa-58 on factory with a duo mate . He is running Korund, altyn and a vector . He gets killed by a Rat with PPSH and I get almost killed. Then I die because my SA on single shot …. I couldn’t even insurance fraud my shit cause I didn’t insure it .
Next raid Yo let’s juice up and go Inter. Running tagilla AVS AND Rys-t again and Meta M4 . Quote : Yo Killa is pretty easy we clapped him Yesterday all day long . My answer only if u see him first. 10 seconds later near Idea bureau . I get insta killed by Killa and he gets naded by him.

New to the game and have been having a good laugh after my last raid. Got into a tussle with a guy by old gas station and ended up burning utility to get out of a corner. Proceeded to spend the next 5 min stalking and rotating on this asshole only to learn the nade I used to reposition actually killed him lol. I spent 5 min stalking a dead dude lol. This game is fun

Ran into a hacker on Shoreline who was hitting me through multiple layers of bushes and behind cover, I knew where he was and positioned where I could only hear his shots but had no line of sight at all but he was still shooting at me.
I yelled in VoIP "Do you have a Thermal or what?" Because that's the only legit way he was was seeing me through all the cover.
He stops shooting me and says "uhhhh no" I guess he realized I was calling out his obvious bullshit so I rushed him hoping to get his tag or die and report. I died, he had a white name, level 22 with an SR-25 and M61 and I found his name on marketplace with a 33 rating selling multiple Led-X's.
Looking back at it I laugh at his shock of like "oh, am I being that obvious by cheating?"

Is the Adar a good weapon for a beginner? I am like rly bad but kinda like the weapon (I use m855). All traders are only level 1, if that helps.
ID: hylqkzmAdar is a great beginner's weapon, with practice you'll be a threat to a wide variety of chads. Change the annoying gas block for a low profile and add a dot sight of your preference.
One more thing, if you collect a Scav's ADAR you can dismantle it and buy a fresh ADAR without any attachments from Skier(look for a red 1x1 icon) with full durability and build it from the parts. Very cost effective way plow through Tarkov.
ID: hyqsolpIf you are gonna be using a single shot weapon to start off, use the Molot VPO-136 Vepr KM and then grab a bunch of PS ammo from prapor to fill the magazines. Very strong gun for Scavs and PMCs who are in class 4 armor or below.
I'll link you my level 1 build I use when starting the wipe shortly.

The build I use for level 1 traders. Green is what I go with, yellow is optional, a little less efficient, red is don't go with it, noob trap. Finding upgrades in raid is exciting. Early wipe I found a silencer that lasted with me for many raids and I became attached to my little Vepr.

I think the majority of people are using level 4 and 5 armor now.
* 7.62x39 PS and .366 TKM AP are great early options in semi automatic rifles.
* If you want to run and gun, sub machine guns with flesh rounds are accessible early.I would just grind quests and avoid PMC fights until level 15 though.

Am I stupid or am I missing something? I had 7 flesh hits with 856a1 and it only totaled about 189 damage? Yet this chart I’m looking at says it does 51 damage. Even if each shot hit a different limb that still doesn’t seem right?
ID: hyoxrxb856a1 has been terrible for me this wipe to the point where I was running 7.62x51/54mm on most maps and .45 AP for CQB. Even after unlocking 855a1 I'm still not using 5.56 as much as I used to.
ID: hymgt25Had similar experience with another ammo just few days ago. Idk if there's something I don't understand how damage works.
I was using FTX 12g slugs. It took me 8 shots (and hits) to kill a PMC. And that's with 0 armor damage. Those are supposed to do ~180dmg a pop.

Is the hideout / stash just a browser? There's so much loading time for each small action it really slows the game down, especially having to relaunch because some request gets hung up.

Idea for weekly or daily quests could be killing Scavs/PMCs with certain guns or certain category of weapons. I think that would motivate some people to use that dusty pile of guns out of their inventory.
eg.
Kill 3 PMCs with an MP5.
Kill 10 PMCs with SMGs. -
Any tips on how to not get jump scared? It's my primary limiting factor to playing my PMC.

ID: hynedbkJust realize that there comes a point where it's literally out of your hands. You can scout an area all day long and still die the moment you move, eventually you just have to go with God and get yourself from A to B.

Where is 4.6x30 AP ammo? Did they just remove it? If I can't buy that ammo from traders guess I'm never using that gun.
ID: hyoc4vqOnly world spawn I believe. I've been rocking the MP7 with FMJ and it's working pretty well. The high rate of fire makes up for the lower pen, but if the target is wearing class 4 or less you tear through them.

Does anyone know where the small tins of WD40 spawn?
I mostly run customs when I scav as I know a route that hits a ton of caches but ive found like 5 big ones and that's it. Sadly my hideout is too low level to make them.
I kinda know Woods too but any suggestions would be appreciated, cheers 🙂

I have noticed that I'm struggling with this weird indoor smog. When the room is big enough I have trouble seeing the other end. But this doesn't seem to hinder my opponents. It feels like they can see me clearly while I can barely see their gun flash at the distance.
I initially thought that this is just a NPC thing. But I just got shot by a player scav in similar situation.
Am I just bad at recognizing targets or this really a thing?
My setting aren't at the highest. But are definitely up there. So I don't think this is just a graphic settings issue.

Anybody else having issues with the flea and traders? Both won't load half the time. Also, the messages screen blanks out so I can't access insurance or Ragman. The game seems to play fine in raid though....

Is anyone finding metabolism bugged? I just went up from lvl 36 to lvl 38 drinking from 64 hydration to 100 outside of raid with an aquamari.

i was above the pump room and i peaked and shot tagilla in the head with a mosin and then died. it turns out that he had thrown the perfect grenade and got me right after i had shot him. its makes sense though if you throw any grenade up there and bounce off the wall it would get where i was but damn. i swear i can only kill bosses and immediately die after. im at 0% for killing bosses and looting them
ID: hz77ya1Tagilla pretty much always spawns behind the blue container. Rush it at the beginning of factory and hes usually there. Just fyi if you want an easy kill.

Do backpacks have any effect on bullet penetration? I had a clear shot at a guy looting with a huge backpack with his back facing me but the pack covered his head so I couldn't see it, and he moved before I decided to go for thorax. Was just wondering if I could have headshotted him through the pack.
