You can hold down the trigger and it won’t reload so you can confirm the kill

he is saying if you hold down the shot he won’t pull back the bolt and make it so you cant see your target. that way you can verify you killed them and not give them a second to take cover without you knowing where they went.

They need to 1/4th the movement when rechambering a round. I mean if you were prone you'd move your head, not the rifle, anyway.
