ID: h5fqkyrIt took me DAYS to find a second salewa and a syringe to craft a third. I’ve found like 15+ gas analyzers, and even some USBs. I really think the common loot this wipe is way down. There should be a temporary bump in loot you’re questing for. I’m tired of running 20 scavs and PMCs a day, to just end up completely empty handed

I finally got out with it but my friend died, he was mad cause he saw how many times I died trying to get it and the curse finally fell on him. Now whenever we see 3M we joke about it and dispose of it any way we can

ID: h5f1xxjEmercom camp at woods has a lot of loose medical loot, a bunch of med bags and a medical supply crate you can check. I tend to get into a lot of fights here though so be careful.
On Reserve you can check the white bishop building (2 story). The first floor has a bunch of rooms that all can spawn medical loot (including ophthalmoscopes). Near the helicopter in the courtyard there's a forklift and a truck parked close to each other. In between them is a medical supply crate. If you have flea market access or have found the keys the cages underneath the hemetic door bunkers have medical crates too.
The medical supply crates are a goldmine for stuff like syringes and bloodsets. You'll end up with a ton of other useful stuff too - lots of CMS, Surv12 kits, stims, painkillers, etc.

The fast way is just loot cabinets on maps like reserve, you will get your 3 Gas Analyser in less than 1-2 runs only.

ID: h5ejuryScav reserve. It's the best way to learn it and make it worth your time. Right now, on the servers I run at peak time. I typically get into the raid with 30 minutes left. Rarely see a pmc and I've had about 90% survival rate as most the scav players there are chilling and you ha e the chance for raider loot if anyone left any or if you feel like popping some. Scavs run in gangs around the map and like 10+ will take the train out together. So much fun and a great way to learn.
ID: h5egn4kI pretty much only play reserve and my tricks I’ve learned is to find keys/buildings you like and only loot those in a route from where you spawn to your extract(usually cliff side with red rebel) you need a red rebel to have that option for a quick and quiet extract. Also I have an imaginary half map line, I divide the map up with the K buildings, train station, hermetic bunkers and white knight as one half, and I don’t usually go to that half unless I spawn there, not a lot of cover between buildings and you can get camped trying to get to the other half of the map which I consider from med building/black knight over to hole in the fence by mountain, I pretty much only loot this side of the map and try to hit all the keys like marked and orbs if you got em, then hit the dome/guard shack keys on your way out.
Pick a circular direction and continue that direction until you make it to Cliff extract, never run backwards or break your route because that’s when you run into other pmcs where you least expect it but if you keep everything in front of you you know what’s behind you. So basically I think of reserve as half a map, and a circle.

Sneaking around with a pistol / smg and a flashlight that I'll toggle if I need it but usually I can see plenty clear enough to loot up without exposing myself with a beam.
ID: h5few4wYeah, I’ve looted about 200 cabinets this wipe (800 drawers) looking for flash drives and found zero so far. Only found about 4 gas analyzers in them during that time. Your results may vary.
Edit: since my original post a few hours ago, I’ve searched 12 more filing cabinets and found 2 flash drives (and another gas analyzer). RNG is a bitch.

I've found like five of the god damned things and not once have I made it out with one. It's so annoying.

Filing cabinets are your friend. I'll probably regret posting this but there's like literally 8 or 10 cabinets in the underground power station area in Reserve.

Dude fuck the Salewa. Whenever I found one I would get fucked up and not extract. Finally was lucky enough to just be able to craft them.
