Is there actually a foe hp critical gambit? Or do I just use like, foe hp<20% or 10%? Or what? Specifically for poach.

Yes but beware of poach, I did this last night and was hunting a rare spawn that takes 100 killed enemies of the same type to spawn, only to have Fran poach it and get a pebble lol

Yes, it’s in the status effects section:

Foe: status = HP Critical

I can't remember seeing a HP Critical. For poaching I've always used Foe HP <10% = Poach
