- Rise in anti-Asian violence puts added strain on struggling NYC restaurants

I don't want to name names but there are other minority communities that receive security grants from the state to fund armed private security as well as receiving semi-permanent police protection details, maybe that option should be on the table for the Asian community as well.

It's a real shame how things developed. As a Chinese-American living in Queens, I've had my fair share of racial confrontations during the past year. It's what's leading me to get my rifle/shotgun license as well.
ID: gqihc83Yeah, as a Korean in California, a lot of family friends have experience with people of all types directing their misguided anger at them. And one of the things they learned is that sometimes you gotta protect yourself, because often times the police won't, many of them are in on it.
ID: gqjbqe2A rifle or shotgun? Goddamn! You're running into people that make you think, "I'm not sure if I want to kill that bastard at 300 to 900 meters or blow a fucking hole in his chest!"?
ID: gqjinegNyc is extremely strict on gun allowance. Highly doubt you'd ever be approved
ID: gqjl9ewWhere are you going to be on the receiving end of racially motivated violence that a shotgun would help you?

I come from Europe, and for us the most peaceful people are the asian people. Even when we look for a place to rent in nyc, we look always for areas populated by asian, which are safe areas.
I cant understand who can be racist with asians, only a psycho i guess.
